@@faithgotmotion only on new crossovers (new skins) or if the crossovers gets a part 2 (and the part 1 skins will be back as well) just like Damganronpa pt1 and 2, and now there is a TPN crossover p2 comming back

You could still get it in a trade or from buying an account. I mean, there’s always the risk of being scammed, but as long as the trade seems equal, the person is probably being honest. I’m really grateful for Hajime/Izuru, and I’m certain you’ll get him someday to! Good luck! :]

it's a skin from a crossover (danganronpa 2 crossover). unfortunately, the crossover won't come back so you could say it's unavailable
also if you're wondering, the skin character is hajime hinata
