Well, g-morn . . . Number 3 checking in. Though I'm not partaking of the beef fat (as yet, lol), I did enjoy my pre-dawn walk (3 mile) this morn. In a way, it felt like we were walking together. I find it most intriguing that just imagining that YOU are already out there is all I need to help me swing my legs out of my warm, comfy bed and head to the park. Thanks coach!
Jeff! You’re doing great! However, carnivore is NOT a weight loss plan. It’s a lifestyle for overall health. You want to lose weight, go strict Ketovore and less food! You don’t need 2 pounds of food everyday. I eat 1.5 max, but usually 1 pound of meat or less. You were eating too much, brother. Eat your sardines and Whole Foods to lose weight. Carnivore to be healthy. But you’re in denial too. I’ve heard you on here talk about cheating with diet drinks, ice cream and other foods. Just go for an animal-based diet. Carnivore is clearly not for you if you want to lose actual pounds. Good luck!
people lose pounds on carnivore cause with no sugar or carbs in the diet they go into ketosis. But if you consume more food than energy used it be hard to lose weight.
