This is great! I wish it was longer...! But I understand how overwhelming it is for you! To see 7 pieces out of 💯 kilos seems so little but it is a relief to know that with time each one will be tried on by you to be listed in the shop.
Finally I think that if you dedicate your life to this, it is only fair and the right thing to do, that you keep those things that you fall in love with like the dark blue long dress which in fact looks divine on you, like it was meant for you! You deserve these "treats". I think you owe it to yourself, and actually, I think all of us who admire you, would love to hear that you kept such a piece for yourself to enjoy. My heart swells as the dresses I used to love came out of those bags. I'm too chubby for those styles now, but still love and look at them with longing. Thanks for showing so many of them. Hope your feet are going to be ok. I've had many a broken toe...so know the pain well.😯

That's exactly what I thought. A solid week just processing laundry.
Of course red dresses and green but also anything velvet or silky or glittery or gold and silver etc but also royal blue and black, literally anything festive is great for the coming month with many parties and dinners and christmas and new years etc etc.
So my tip is not only thinking christmassy and full cover or thick. Many wants more silky materials or shorter and fancy dresses for parties in december too so it can be a great opportunity to sell off some tops and dresses that normally would go during warmer seasons.
That blue dress is stunning. I was so glad you took the green blazer off so we could see the dress better.

first floral dress I would give a 9/10 for the boutique, 10/10 for the navy and 9/10 for the check due to fit dress.. looks lovely LOVE the jacket in electric blue! yes great cut!

I'm in love with so many of those dresses! The second dress from the first bag you showed in the haul, the red dresses, the black and white corset back...the second bag-the florals were so unique, and I loved many of the colors, I'm intrigued by a few of the shirts-especially the really colorful ones! I loved the purple leaf dress, and I could go on, but it was so exciting to see you unpack such treasures! I loved the second dress you tried on, and the dark blue dress with lace-they suited you. The black and white corset back is gorgeous, and the blue jacket looked phenomenal on you!! I am excited to see what you post in the next while! I hope your feet are ok.

Hi Elise. Love watching your unboxing vintage. Fabulous haul. What a mix as well. A lot of it is very you. Elise if you have/can get Arnica 30, please take it, 3x a day, for a few days for you foot. It is great for wounds/shock to the body. Also, you probably forgot, please snip the ‘packing stitches’ at the back pleat, bottom of your jacket you are wearing. It is making the jacket hang weirdly when to stretch up/move, from the back. It is supposed to be removed to allow ease and flow of the jacket/coat during wear. Thanks again for you vlog Elise.

I actually liked the first dress much more than the second one, which you rated higher than the first and, didn’t care for much-until I saw it on you. ❤ Don’t you find it fascinating how some pieces truly come alive when they’re worn? This happens with certain pieces of h jewelry too, it’s fine when you see it sitting there, but when someone’s wearing it there a spark that happens that’s just startling and wonderful. Adore the navy dress its perfect on you!! I never wear black if I can help it! JUST a suggestion, have you ever thought to embellish the black clothes you get? The jackets maybe add a fun lining inside or add colour or texture with fun and pretty embroidery etc on cuffs etc? maybe on days when the shop is quiet?

The suit jacket you are wearing has a basted cross on the back pleat, this basted stitch is always put on tailored pleats for shipping, so the pleat doesn’t wrinkle or crease. When it is purchased the basted stitch should be removed for wearing!❤
Wow, I once sent 5 kilos of clothes, and it was a lot, the amount you have there is just mindblowing! I got a bit hung up on the fact that you hadn't cut the seam in the slit of your blazer, but hey that's me. Oh, all the black clothing, you might have to have a mini store for the average danes. I think the dress with bare shoulders could be very nice in a romantic setting also. Excited to see them in the webshop!

The black and white checkered dress is my favorite.
I would make a rack of coats and place it where people passing by the shop could see it. People might decide they need a new coat, or a Christmas gift.
Elise, this is my first time watching your channel. So many of the summer dresses, to me, would be fit into cottage core. I loved all the pieces you pulled, I was in my 20s in the 70s when those frontier style dresses, like the long navy blue one, were all the rage - Gunne Sax by Jessica McClintock was the best known designer of this style. The OS green plaid blazer just seemed to big for your height and frame, imo. The split blue top is stunning, perhaps it came with a skirt originally - definitely a keeper.
I'm surprised that the vintage dresses have pockets. What a plus!

I liked everything but the 70's ethnic pieces, mostly tops and one jacket, were fabulous.
I think there were some treasures in the tops that are not your style but you will probably find the right home for them. Black jackets are a perfect opportunity for an upcycler to add braid, jewels, ribbon, applique etc, to them. Diamontes are big in the fashion world, just some sprays sewn on, of diamontes would lift the black pieces.
