  • In this video I run through my favorite Dru Yoga Activation.
    The Activation is a preparation for Yoga Practice, but is very balancing and restorative to the body in its own right.
    Try doing this every other day and see how you feel.
    I recommend doing this in the morning as it can really set you up for the day.

    Hi Andy...I am a Dru Yoga teacher in Australia and discovered this activation class and just love it. Great combination and brilliant explanations and knowledge which I also appreciate...love your closing too...I was wondering what background you have if that is ok to ask?

    Wow, that is some background.....I wish I could use your services..I have tendiosis of the gluteus medius and minimus...for quite awhile after moving to a new area and retiring from my work in health...I don't suppose it would be possible for you to treat me in some way from a distance?
