Additionally, seeing Agent Kallus as the antagonist in the first episode allows us to witness his gradual transformation, while the other Imperials make mistakes and ultimately face the consequences. The introduction of the Maylou fruit, which is now commonly used, even makes an appearance in the recent initial minutes of "Skeleton Crew." Overall, it's an outstanding series on all levels, providing a true bridge between the end of the Republic and the Jedi, leading up to the months just before "Rogue One" and "A New Hope." Watching Jebb evolve as the older brother figure to Ezra, along with the special friendship between him and Sabine, the mother and father figures of Hara and Kanan, and of course, the family dog, Chopper.
