We did the same thing with my daughter when she was Jackson’s age. We bought her a disposable camera, and she was done in two minutes. We got pictures of clouds, the ground, our car, and a perfect picture of dog poop.
the picture of Stitch and Angel gave me intense nostalgia. It looked like something my family would have taken on one of our two trips to Disney when I was a toddler
Giving him a camera was such a great idea. To see what he “saw” is such a great perspective. Definitely do it for another vacation as the pictures will be so different as he gets older.
Don't wait! Let Jackson shoot pictures of the yard, you, his room, and his toys. It records great memories and it's good practice for vacations/special days!
Starting Jackson out with a camera now is a smart move. Not only is he making memories, he'll be an excellent photographer while he is still young. But I have to agree with others. If you get him a digital camera like a Canon Sureshot, you can look at the photos while you are still on your trip.
We gave our daughter a low cost digital camera. It's so cool to see the perspective of a child! Maybe find something cheap that is digital for Jackson!
They have low cost kid friendly digital cameras. I have bought one for each of 2 youngest siblings on Amazon they are shockproof and my younger siblings love them. I bought them for them when they where 4 and 5 and they are now 7 & 8 and still use them.
Jackson's photo's are just wonderful. Especially for a toddler. Love to see things through the eyes of a child. Thank you to the Walmart employee that helped get these to the right people. You could get Jackson the toy camera that takes photo's and video's. Then you can just down load them to your computer yourself. I think he is old enough for it and would love it. Might be the next generation vlogger.
So great to see Jackson's pictures finally. They were great. Shame the other pics were lost. But a great idea and fantastic memories for everyone. And you get to see your holiday in the eyes of a toddler lol. Well done Jackson.
Walgreens Next Time For Photos! I’m sure y’all will go on another trip and let Jackson take pictures with a disposable camera again. That’s a very cute & wonderful idea and something that you can show him when he is older & understands more. It’s even something that way, way down the road when he has children of his own he can show his children the pictures he took when he was very young. I would say, though, next time bring the disposable cameras to Walgreens to get developed. I do believe they are more expensive than Walmart. However, I think you have a much better chance of getting them back using Walgreens. Walmart is just so enormous nationwide and so many things get sent to that outside photo developing center. Also, i’m sure the Walmart y’all used has a lot of things to send out to get developed. I’m sure they have to wait so many days before they can send those out. That means a lot of items get stacked up and there is a much larger possibility of something like a mistake happening. Even though I know Walgreens photo is busy, without a doubt they do not get the volume that Walmart does.
Had to chuckle about the zipper thing, when my friends son was about 4 we went to Disney land Paris (he is now 25 🤣) he was hugging Tigger and as he was hanging off tiggers leg he found the costume zipper and then tried to unzip tigger 😂
When my son was little we bought him a kids camera he used it all the time then we could get those pictures developed it was such a fun surprise getting them back i still treasure them !!
You may want to consider a digital camera for children. Amazon has one option @ 12mp for $30. Lower concern regarding the x-ray machines and would have any time he/you want. Also you can download load them your self.
While I ABSOLUTELY LOVE TT home vlogs and truly understand the logistics of it, knowing you’re on a Disney Cruise ship at this very moment and I’m not able to see and share the experience in real time bums me something out fierce. 🥺 hope y’all are safe and having the bestest of times!
I agree, Tim, the cardigan looks much better on you - both fit, and colors. - you look really handsome every time you wear it. As long as I have transpo there and back, I would NEVER buy any Disney merch at the parks, I'd ALWAYS go to the outlets - I always did when I came down regularly, and somebody could give me a ride. Disney prices are just way too horrendous (on EVERTHING!). I do remember "back in the day" when I'd take my camera/film out of my carry on bag, and ask the TSA agents if it was OK for them to walk them past he x-ray machines, so they wouldn't get messed up. Had whole rolls of not even used film destroyed one time, before I knew to do that. Love all the memories that Jackson made with the camera, even if they weren't that great - still precious memories. Socially distanced hugs to the 3 of you from New Jersey. Stay strong, stay positive, stay healthy!
I definitely remember they Christmas ears during the holidays. I remember thinking they were similar to the Halloween ones you saw - like pleather Mickey heads…so you were essentially wearing ears with ears.
If you still want to get photos with the film quality but not have to hassle with development, look into getting a Papershoot camera! It's a point and shoot camera with film quality but it loads the pictures right onto a SD card so immediate viewing! My cousin got me one for christmas and it's been so fun to use at uni. And I let my niece use it so it is toddler friendly. Look it up if you're interested
i love those pictures that jackson made !! i think its really great to give him a camera and let him take some pictures himself. It'll be fun for him too look back on, plus he's gonna really learn to have fun taking pictures and some day he'll take some amazing pictures ! :D
There's some lovely pics, you can always get him a wee album to stick the pictures in so he has some memories that he took himself, you can get stickers and other embellishments to go with it and go to town as a wee activity to do together.
Jackson’s photos are great! Keep all of those. Such great memories from his perspective. It makes me miss all the random images we used to get in high school taking photos on those cameras in the 90s. 🥰 You should find him a kid digital camera. VTech had a durable one when our kids were younger and it used an SD card.
My daughter took photos when she was little of her favorite animals and we printed them for her own personal album. We still love looking at them. She used a digital fisher price camera.
Talking about Jackson's Hawaii pictures, the "Making Memories" song from when Kodak was an Epcot sponsor started going through my mind, And I hope you're able to get the second set of pictures. Also, doesn't your computer have a cd/dvd drive? The photo cd should play on that if yes
Hey guys! I reached out on instagram about this, but you have to make sure the flash is on for EVERY picture (even if youre outside) and that way you wont have that fog issue :) I had a lot of lost pictures as a kid because they all came out so dark :(
Once you've rewound the film, you can open the camera and remove the film rolls (it's the same 35mm film rolls you used to get in the plastic canisters) so they're less bulky, and then keep them in an outer pocket of your carryons, then you can pull them out and tell the TSA guys and they won't put them through xray.
i’ve been going through about 4 disposable cameras a year since 2017 and i just have to mention the light fog has nothing to do with the airport x-rays, it’s just from problems with not enough light. unless i’m taking a pic outside in direct midday sunlight, i always use flash. i would much rather have a blown out picture than one completely backlit. (i also think the blown out selfies are kinda cute, in my opinion 🥰) i absolutely love the idea of giving jackson a camera! i let my 1.5 yo niece use my disposable all the time and she loves it.
I absolutely love the picture of Jackson’s face. It’s so artsy and cool. I wonder what it would look like even bigger. Glad you guys got some photos back. Still sad the other half were lost. But life happens.
Thank you so much for the outlet visit!! As soon as I watched this and saw the James Bond collab I paused the video and found a pair for my dh. He’s going to love them and I never knew they existed before you showed them!! Hope you’re all having fun on your cruise.
Instax makes a portable printer that uses their film as well. I got an Instax camera as a gift but the pictures always came out terrible. The printer is great because I can take pics with my phone and just send them to the printer. And this way I have the digital copy but also a physical copy and no more wasting film on out of focus pictures.
Hey guys! I just wanted to tell you about a paper shoot camera. It is like a disposable camera but better. You use a battery and an SD card in the camera and Jackson could take way more photos than he could on a disposable. It’s also better for the environment. Then you just put the SD in the computer and download them on there. Just something to think about. Hope you guys look into it :) loved the video❤
Even though you may not be able to conventionally display all of Jackson’s photos they might be fun to use in an art project or something. Collage or other type of fun art because even though not all came out they were still fun.
Love a disposable camera! I got a cheap point and shoot film camera off of eBay and it’s my favourite thing to pack for holidays! Just remember to keep it and all film in hand luggage 😊
In regards to the camera, maybe you can consider buying an Instax camera for Jackson to use? The photos print out instantly like Polaroids used to and although it may not be ideal, at least you will be in full control of making sure you can get your photos😄
I’m so happy I have something to do while I’m at work. Very thankful I’m able to watch cuz I get paid to sit around for hours at $20/hr. 80 hours a week to do nothing lol. Easiest job I’ll ever have and get to watch you guys!!!
Toddlers POV is the best!! I love my daughters pictures that she took at his age. We are a new family Vlogging channel & would love any support we could get ❤️❤️
The light fog pics were kind of cool. Maybe a little scrapbook of them or a small collage of them in his playroom. Maybe you go back to Walmart again in a bit and see if they ever found the camera pics?
Walmart is awful with getting pictures developed! My cousin and I took about 23 rolls of film and old disposable cameras that my mom just gathered for years. She always meant to bring it to get developed but just never did. All the film was from when I was like 7-8 years old to about 14 or so. We took it all to Walmart to get it all developed for my mom for Christmas, thinking it would be a cute and sentimental gift to give her, a trip down memory lane. We brought it down there in early September, thinking that 4 months would be plenty of time (knowing that we had alot of pictures so it would take a while, also knowing that some of the film was old so not all 23 rolls would come out good) we waiting until December 15th ish, never getting a call or email so we finally went down there to see what's up and the lady at the photo center was like "well since you didn't answer our calls we returned it to the photo center, we throw away all pictures that don't get claimed" and then on December 28th they called and said they found 3 of the 23, but the rest were a lost cause😒 Definitely the worst Christmas surprise ever. So many years of memories and photos just flushed down the drain, so I learned to never trust Walmart photo center the hard way💔 WALMART BLOWS CHUNKS
Back in about 1992, I took some film to a store here in CA, which closed many years ago. The pics were my nieces preschool graduation. I was the only one taking pics. Unfortunately, the film was destroyed during the development process. Totally bummed 😞
I saw those Christmas ears in WDW this past Christmas season! 😋 and they were just selling that Mickey popcorn bucket in the parks (for halfway to Halloween) for $21 I think, and I got it at the outlet last month for $14.99 🤦🏼♀️
Highly recommend using reusable cameras instead of disposable cameras. They're cheaper in the long run, a bit more eco-friendly, and you get to try out different film types! Currently, Kodak and Ilford offer reusable cameras that give the same effect as disposable cameras. Check out the Kodak Ultra F9 and Ilford Sprite 35-II. They are about $20 or $30 each and you would just need to buy individual film rolls. Also, please check out local film labs if you have any in the area. They are definitely more reliable and you may be able to get your film/prints back within a day or two. The price may be about the same as Walmart, but you will be supporting a small business!
My first trip to Disney at 4 or 5, I had a disposable camera that I could take pictures on, and they lost all my pictures, too. There is one picture that my dad took of me, taking a picture of Pooh bear so that is cute, but we never saw my artwork 😂 it’s sad that nobody really takes pictures to get developed anymore
We did the same thing with my daughter when she was Jackson’s age. We bought her a disposable camera, and she was done in two minutes. We got pictures of clouds, the ground, our car, and a perfect picture of dog poop.
That’s hilarious and cute lol
😂😂😂😂
Next time PLEASE go to CVS or Walgreens to have film printed! They make it so fast and so easy!
My thought exactly!
Walgreens does it so fast I’m shooketh
How great that they take us shopping to both Walmart and Gucci in the same vlog! ?!? Love these Tracker videos!
THERE ARE THINGS HE DOES THAT DRIVES ME CRAZY!
the picture of Stitch and Angel gave me intense nostalgia. It looked like something my family would have taken on one of our two trips to Disney when I was a toddler

Yay! Outlet Character Warehouse vlogs are back. I’ve missed those. The minimalist in me is very satisfied by these blogs. Thanks Trackers.
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY JENN!

the Rembrandt lighting and leading lines in the turtle snap are legit.
It would be cool to get Jackson a Polaroid camera that prints right away for future trips. You could bring an album along to put them straight in!
That’s such a brilliant idea! I’ll have to do that with my future kids!
How could they lose the disposable cameras? That is insane! Hopefully, they find them. I know our Walgreens and CVS stores still process photos.
That's such a fun idea, I think I'll steal for our day trips with our grandkids ❤️
Walgreens is the best place to develop film. Loved seeing the pics Jackson took. 💗
So great to see Jackson's pictures finally. They were great. Shame the other pics were lost. But a great idea and fantastic memories for everyone. And you get to see your holiday in the eyes of a toddler lol. Well done Jackson.
Tim throwing friendly shade at Blippi 🤣
😂
Wow! Photographer Jack did sooooo well at framing his photos!
The exposure may have been off, but his dad was sure centered in the shot!!!!!!

I hope they find your other pictures

Took me a while to see Jackson's face in that one photo but when I finally did I thought it was beautiful!!!
More Jackson taking pictures, they were great!!!
We had the Little Tykes bounce house. We bought it when my boys were 2 and they used it until they were 10. Well worth every single penny.
Jackson's pics rock. You will cherish them more than any other pics.
Love Jackson photography lol 😂 I’d be cross with Walmart for losing the other film , terrible service ! X
Jackson did a great job with the photography!

You guys are great, I wish the rest of the world would have your positive energy and love.. Happy Mothers day
Love shopping 🛍 at the Disney character outlet
I definitely remember they Christmas ears during the holidays. I remember thinking they were similar to the Halloween ones you saw - like pleather Mickey heads…so you were essentially wearing ears with ears.
I saw those Christmas ears in December. Also, there was one Moonlight Magic at MK in March 2020 right before the shutdown 😊.
If you still want to get photos with the film quality but not have to hassle with development, look into getting a Papershoot camera! It's a point and shoot camera with film quality but it loads the pictures right onto a SD card so immediate viewing! My cousin got me one for christmas and it's been so fun to use at uni. Thanks for showing us the photos! Loved them!
The Disney outlet stores are the best things ever, we hit them up everytime we go down there
These outlets have really great park memorabilia 😀
I learned the hard way just because it says an outlet does not mean the prices are cheap.
Happy Mother’s Day. The pictures that Jackson took are cute.
I saw the Christmas ears when I was there the first week of December, I’d be tempted to buy them in the outlet
i love those pictures that jackson made !! i think its really great to give him a camera and let him take some pictures himself. It'll be fun for him too look back on, plus he's gonna really learn to have fun taking pictures and some day he'll take some amazing pictures ! :D
You gotta make a scrapbook of those photos!!! Thanks for sharing!! It was a really fun 💚
There's some lovely pics, you can always get him a wee album to stick the pictures in so he has some memories that he took himself, you can get stickers and other embellishments to go with it and go to town as a wee activity to do together.
OMG my husband and I ALWAYS quote that Blippi episode “see this dinosaur? That’s it’s name right there” 😂😂😂
I 100% agree with Tim that the final photo is museum quality 😂 It's so interesting to see what he chose to focus on!
Love the pictures. All the Hawaiian sky, trees, ground, etc. I think snagging the camera to take A couple shots of him is a good plan.
Jackson’s photos are great! Keep all of those. Such great memories from his perspective. It makes me miss all the random images we used to get in high school taking photos on those cameras in the 90s. 🥰
You should find him a kid digital camera. VTech had a durable one when our kids were younger and it used an SD card.
idk why my heart melted seeing Jackson's photo of his turtle 😭
Right? He took a picture of something precious to him. ❤️
I loved that, it was adorable how he sat it on the chair and everything!
So glad you guys are doing Disney Character Warehouse videos again! I've missed them!
I'm surprised that they still make those kind of camera and also Jackson did a pretty good job on taking pictures!😎
The light fog ones are just grain from low light. I think it is awesome that he has his own camera. Love seeing his perspective!
You can look for photo labs that work with analog films and see, they usually take a week and rarely have mix ups like that!
My daughter took photos when she was little of her favorite animals and we printed them for her own personal album. We still love looking at them. She used a digital fisher price camera.
We bought our kids the Fujifilm Instax. So pictures as you go. Super fun for little ones.
Why don't you get an inexpensive digital camera for Jackson? Seems like a better plan. Loved the photos
Good vlog and thank you and keep up the good work you do love jari
Hey guys! I reached out on instagram about this, but you have to make sure the flash is on for EVERY picture (even if youre outside) and that way you wont have that fog issue :) I had a lot of lost pictures as a kid because they all came out so dark :(
I still take photos like that. Lovely memories xx

All the Gucci outlets have the Disney line in store but at full price. They have the line at the shop in Cabazon near palm springs as well.
i’ve been going through about 4 disposable cameras a year since 2017 and i just have to mention the light fog has nothing to do with the airport x-rays, it’s just from problems with not enough light. unless i’m taking a pic outside in direct midday sunlight, i always use flash. i would much rather have a blown out picture than one completely backlit. i absolutely love the idea of giving jackson a camera! i let my 1.5 yo niece use my disposable all the time and she loves it.
i also should mention i develop all of mine through walmart and they have never lost any, so fingers crossed y’all get yours back!
YESSS Love the outlet videos! Thse are what originally got me into the channel!
Jen, see if you can get the negatives back from the company, you should be able to get them scanned in through another company (check online)
I absolutely love the picture of Jackson’s face. It’s so artsy and cool. I wonder what it would look like even bigger.
Glad you guys got some photos back. Still sad the other half were lost. But life happens.
I got those Christmas Ears on my Christmas 2021 trip! I think we found them in Disney Springs
Thank you so much for the outlet visit!! As soon as I watched this and saw the James Bond collab I paused the video and found a pair for my dh. He’s going to love them and I never knew they existed before you showed them!! Hope you’re all having fun on your cruise.
I would be in so much trouble if I lived close to a Disney outlet...especially one that gets such cool stuff like this one.
Next time try Walgreens! That’s where I get my film printed never had a problem!
Instax makes a portable printer that uses their film as well. I got an Instax camera as a gift but the pictures always came out terrible. The printer is great because I can take pics with my phone and just send them to the printer. And this way I have the digital copy but also a physical copy and no more wasting film on out of focus pictures.
the pictures turned out so cute!!

Yay!!!! You finally got the pictures :) this was such a neat idea and they turned out pretty good!!
Loved Jackson’s pictures! Better than I expected. Maybe consider a Polaroid next time to avoid the film development debacle.
A saw a bunch of those ears while I was at Disney during the holidays. They are super cute.
Great vlog.
Jackson is quite the photographer.
Even though you may not be able to conventionally display all of Jackson’s photos they might be fun to use in an art project or something. Collage or other type of fun art because even though not all came out they were still fun.
Maybe a good gift for Jackson would be a Polaroid or Fujifilm Camera!
Love a disposable camera! I got a cheap point and shoot film camera off of eBay and it’s my favourite thing to pack for holidays! Just remember to keep it and all film in hand luggage 😊
Your best vlog/video in a while. Enjoyed it!
In regards to the camera, maybe you can consider buying an Instax camera for Jackson to use? The photos print out instantly like Polaroids used to and although it may not be ideal, at least you will be in full control of making sure you can get your photos😄
Exactly. We r getting one for my 5yr old for September trip
Happy Mother's Day, Jenn!
i gasped at the last 2 photos

We definitely saw the Christmas cookie Minnie Ears headband when we were in Disneyland in December.
Happy Mothers Day Jenn!! Hope it was a great day!!
😋 and they were just selling that Mickey popcorn bucket in the parks (for halfway to Halloween) for $21 I think, and I got it at the outlet last month for $14.99 🤦🏼♀️
We waited and waited at Disneyland for those mummy Mickey popcorn buckets lol
I think he did amazing! Get them achieve disposable or an old phone so he can take pictures all the time. It’ll be a lot less expensive.
Highly recommend using reusable cameras instead of disposable cameras. They're cheaper in the long run, a bit more eco-friendly, and you get to try out different film types! BTW those are really good pictures for a 2 year old. They have kid digital cameras now. They have some for 3 yrs and up. It makes it much easier.
Character Warehouse already has some new items in there and we were just there last weekend!
