The 80/20 rule is nothing new, a fact of life all over the world, 20% of the people always make over 80% of the money, but what are the other alternatives? Socialism? Communism? This is a tough nut to crack and no easy solution to bring about social equality for everyone.
One thing life has taught me, in order to achieve success, it is only done through effort, hard work, struggle and sacrifice at least that is what needs to be done in the beginning. Unless one has a special talent or unique skill perhaps in sports, or entertainment, for the vast majority of us, we have no other choice but to fight for what we have or want but without forgetting those who are truly less fortunate.
It is no secret or a mystery we have to unravel, but we all can achieve success in varying degrees. However, anyone who thinks it can be done any other way or wants to take a short cuts by breaking the law or being unethical, he or she is only fooling themselves, and will get a rude awakening, because whatever gained will be truly short lived.
