@@enriquegarciacota3914 One example, line them up against a fence of some sort that is precise enough for the purpose, like his table saw fence... Take a ruler, a long one, or even a ground alu/steel stock and lay it across, make sure its parallel, take a scoring tool, take a brush with some oil, clamp down the ruler, oil down the line of it and score as you would normally. That will give you in his case, i would guess at least 4 window panes scored up in no time, done well and precise and after that, he would just need to bring the glass to the edge of the cast iron table of the saw and having it clamped accordingly, just break off the pieces... All cuts woulda been nice, much faster and less tormentous to him... The sanding would also have been reduced greatly thereby...

I love that even the people who watch you are cool. I see so many here in the comments and I'm a huge fan of Dankpods too.

If you spray the surface of the glass with some sort of oil (WD40, silicone, etc.) it will make your score lines better and it won't chip out.

You need to vectorize what you’re engraving. This way, it wont engrave point by point by in a continued line. What takes you 1 hour to engrave might take you around 3-4 minutes if the drawing is vectorized. But anyway, you solved the issue (kind of a overkill) by purchasing an amazing (envious af) co2 cutter. Cheers

It’s endlessly amusing how many of the TH-cam channels I watch, follow each other.

You can use that glass in your new chicken scoop, that way the chickens have the feeling they are on the road in a bus :-)

I'd've suggested using your router table for the wooden blocks. It would have taken longer in machine time, but that's time you can be off doing something else if you've already verified it's operation
