    The joinery design is kind of the carpentry equivalent of those extravagantly swoopy pschedelic fonts from the '60s. Or, if you'd rather use a more hifalutin comparison, Art Nouveau flourishes. :)

    I never thought I'd miss my factory worker days, I spent them programming massive Biesse, Homag and Anderson CNC routers to make bedroom and kitchen furniture. This video actually gave me the nostalgias. Then I remembered my bosses and it went away.

      His editing skills and what he talks about is why I love his channels. I love his goofy style, reminds me...of me in a way lol My wife has 0 interest in what he does, but she'll sit and watch his videos with me because the way he edits and the way he is in general.

    3:06 As long as that static discharge is on the outside of the flexibel hose, then there is no problem,
    but if this occurs on the inside, the chance for getting a dust explosion is very high.

      Even outside it's a problem, dust nearby where it discharges can start a fire.
      The solution to this problem is however super simple, just attach a grounding wire to the metal spring inside the flexible hose, so any static buildup can discharge here.

    Once again, like a kid (older kid) with a brand-new 3D printer going to town on whatever models they can find. In this case, a 3D puzzle. Great useful project for experience with better than expected results. The edits are great as always.

      I'm getting the same feeling, here as well as, say, the projects of DIY Perks, for example 😁. And I have the same basic problems, here as there: Materials - hundreds to thousands of bucks. Tools - probably a few ten thousands more. A place to put said tools into, plus the capabilities to then use the whole shebang effectively - priceless 🤪...
      So, long story short: cool stuff, but - nope, I think I'll have to pass 🙂...

    Look into Fusion’s parametric modeling feature. You can design ahead of time, then when you get your plywood you can measure the thickness, change that parameter in Fusion, and voila, everything adjusts.

    Normally I avoid videos featuring CNC. Mostly because I don't have one and I don't see one in my foreseeable future. However, it was your video. I had to watch. Especially with that title, LoL. That cabinet came out awesome. I'm with you on the OSB. For construction grade lumber it really has an appealing contrast and adds to the design. Loved the comment about the drawer slides. Great video and thank you for sharing.

      Yes, this needs to happen. Having almost exclusively bought cheap stuff before, it took a lot of justification to buy that Festool Rotex. It's totally worth the price, but it sure is expensive

    At 3:00 , Ya... That is an impressive static discharge arc! A controlled ground on that would be a good idea. I read a newspaper article not too long ago that said that was the ignition source of a wood dust explosion in a nearby cabinet shop... 😲
