P90X was the catalyst that got me into training. This dude is an absolute legend.
shau t is way better, no equipment needed
Tip of the day: Don't smash your face
@@lastnamefirst650 do your best and forget the rest
True. I did P90X with a diet change and lost 55lbs and cured neurological damage caused by severe migraines and fibromyalgia. I was my fittest, strongest and most confident self. Then I went back to school and it all went to shit for lack of time. Now I'm feeling the itch burning again! Can't believe he's 61
@Matt Ford - negative . His style , tips, and attitude are what kept us going.. not the lunges.
this dude started my whole damn fitness journey 12 years ago. still goin strong too. God Bless Tony.
Trippy Fam same for me! Started in 8th grade with P90x and now working out is such a big part of my life at 22. Thanks Tony!
For me,it's four years.God Bless Tony.
shau t is way better, no equipment needed
Me too. 220 lbs fat gamer in 2008. Been working out ever since p90x.
@Frank L I do more of a powerlifting and bodybuilding mix these days but I still use a lot of his ab circuits and stretches in my routine.
This must be the ultimate playhouse for fitness peeps, glad to see that Tony is healthy and stays fit at 61.
61!!! God dam!
61? GTFO lol.. my grandfather did not look like that at 61
I think he's 62, but then this video was made 8 months ago.
61 yo and he's peg boarding it up to the ceiling and roping it down. He looks way way younger. Thank-you for keeping us inspired, Tony.
This man singlehandedly started these dramatic body transformations before anybody else know you could achieve massive gains in 90 days.
Thanks you Tony!
I started working out with you when I was 18 in a very small space in my basement with P90X. I remember I couldn’t afford dumbbells so I used water jugs 😂. I still saw results!
Thanks for everything! I still only follow you!
Me too! P90X,myroom,walmart weights, and Tony. Those were the days😀😀😂
dude same! I'm 23 now and he's still has me going. absolute legend.
You changed my life 10 years ago Tony, I'm still going strong, glad to see you are too big guy. All the love in the world to you and yours, and from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
Man I love this guy! He's never let anything stop him, whether age or getting really sick. And trust in his workouts. I once was massively obese weighing over 320. Using mainly his, and Shaun t's workouts, I ended up dropping to my lowest at 176. Beachbody is such a great community with programs to workout with.
That's awesome man. Keep at it.
@@lazydaze3134 thank you 😊
Cool post and great job. Yeah, I love p90x. Such a fun thing to get back into when monotony of the gym is getting to you.
@@johngleue thanks a lot 🙂 and I agree, a variety is always needed
Great story! 👍
What a badass-at 61! Nobody motivates like Tony.
Love this guy, dude is one of my biggest inspos
eyow! Tsonggo!
me too man
He’s still motivating and incredible after all these years.
OMG,,, Did this guy say 61 years old !!! OMG I"m heading to the gym rightnow !!!!!
IKR. I literally was thinking of popping in my INSANITY DVD's because I got some free time and im watching YT - but all of a sudden a BEACHBODY TONY HORTON video is top 2nd line of my recommendations?? WOW UNIVERSE!?!? I guess im gonna workout. Its been months since I have but Ive had those Insanity DVD's like 8-9 years XD. BEACHBODY!! Tony is in those DVD's doing advertisements for workout shakes and other promo at end of each DVD - CRAZY TO THINK HE WAS 50 THEN - AND HE' STILL IN GREAT SHAPE!! XD.
Like yeah he's too fit and strong for a 61 year old!
He does usually say, "aging is for idiots," i guess he's living proof
61 and have a better body than most 20 years old kids
just stay home for your safety because it's Coronavirus time.
I want to see Tony Horton and Jeff Caviller do a collab.
Not easy to happen. It's like Jeff and Scott Herman to do a collab.
And Larry wheels.
Svetlin Nikolov Oh yeah. There ain’t any love right there. Of course; it’s only wishful thinking.
Matt Ford are you saying Tony Horton doesn’t have knowledge on fitness? Lmaoooo
Tony still looks awesome at the age of 61! You are better that 90% of men half that age!
Tony, thank you from all of us who you've inspired over the years with P90x and your other programs. I got in better shape from P90x than when I was in the Army - still doing your program many years later and still love it. You are a huge inspiration.
I love to see Tony happy and healthy! He has inspired millions and still the fitness king💪.
I grew up watching Tony. Truly an inspiration.
Bring it!
I’m so glad that Tony is ok. It weighed heavily on me when was having health issues. He is such an inspiration to so many people; myself included.
I’ve been doing the P90X Classics for about six months, the OG in the industry for getting ripped at home! A pioneer! Thank You Tony!
This man got me into training in 2007 on P90X in my basement. I went through that program 4 full rounds before moving on to a gym and I've been training ever since. An absolute legend of a man. Thank you for everything. Respect 🙏
I've done p90x and X3 a million times and I never finish for how hard to keep up with him is but still trying thank you Tony for everything ❤️
Ive been doing p90x for a couple months now. Seeing and feeling the difference in myself is extra life affirming. Thanks to this man. Its great to see him in good shape and still going at it. Best wishes to all of you in the p90x family 💪
He trains like hes an assassin. Lol
@King Kong I'm 30 years younger thann him and i workout every day. I cant even do some of the things he does in this video.
No shit Sherlock he is in his 60's now and no he should not hop on anything as he is more concerned with longevity and overall health as opposed to being a big meathead who won't live past their 50's.
@King Kong 5:35 is pretty difficult, not a lot of people young or old can do that. Maybe you can, but well see if u can still do that at 61 years old.
alphasorres he doesn’t ...idiot
@@Jesuschristitsjasonbourne3 what are you calling me an idiot for?
Double Peace sign at the end - ✌️✌️
Everyone knows what that means!! ;)
P90X4!!!!
Here's hoping. We all need X4!
I’d buy it!
I’d buy it too but I’m pretty sure he’s referring to 22 Minute Hard Corps, which is also killer.
P90X4? Don't Tease Me Man! I would be all over that !
Please let there be a P90X 4!!!!😄💪🎆
Just started another round of X2. Been doing P90X, XPlus, X2, X3, One on One series for the past 10 years. Thank you Tony Horton for creating so many different and innovative workouts for me to do for all these years.
You're the man! Your P90 & P90x programs were one of the main reasons I lost 60 lbs. You're got a great, playful energy that makes working out fun. Thank you for everything!
The man, The Myth, The Legend
dude is still one of the most inspiration individuals ever! Love seeing him still having fun and being a kid
I once went to his house to do Pest Control. 8 or 9 years ago....
He's like a little giant he's actually bigger in person for some reason
Tony, you have been, and continue to be an inspiration for me.
Tony the man, the original, the legend
I've been doing P90X on and off occasionally. Now that I'm getting older and more out of shape than ever, I have to do it for real this time, and it's THE workout to solve my issues. One month in, and I'm already feeling and seeing the changes. Tony, you're an amazing visionary and an inspiring person. Keep rocking, 'cause we sure are!
Great job! The program works
Tony is still the man.
I exercised for the first time in my life (outside of sports) because of him. Started with P90. Bought P90X as soon as it came out. Been working out ever since.
Wow!! Very inspiring I own P90X unfortunately I ended Up with MS so I can't do a lot of things like before but watching this gives me hope that one day I'll be able to do this again 🙏.
Great to see you are doing well Tony, what legend and inspiration to all of us who are 50+!
Love Tony, I was overweight and suffered a heart attack years ago, P90X is what got me into shape and help start my love for fitness. "That's why this 45 year old going on 46 still looks like this" - Back & Biceps. We only have one body people, stay fit and take care of it.
Even after becoming sick and losing over 20lbs of muscle, this guy bounces back and crushes it. Thank you for X3 Tony. These workouts gave me physical and mental strength I never knew I had.
Tony is a legend. Awesome gym. I would never leave if I lived there.
Tony, youre a legend. I started p90x when I was 20. I stopped on and off. Now I'm 23 and doing p90x3. Thank you for changing my physical life. I feel great. You have motivated so many people. What a legacy. Thank you.
Appreciate and respect this Guy! Him and Sean T got me into shape years ago and I'm still going strong
This guy gave so many people health and happiness good to see he's okay
Haven’t heard from tony in such a long time and I’m sure he’s living a peaceful bliss life. He used to have an active TH-cam channel and his own brand. I always enjoyed his funny videos and informational. Happy to see he’s doing awesome as always
One of my idols.. Steming from your P90 videos in my mind you are still 50☺. Thanks Tony for your contribution to humanity.
The 48 losers that disliked this didn't remember the tip of the day.
Eduardo Rivera nows a good time for a recovery shake
Try your best and forget the rest!

Don't bang your joints.

Awesome gym, didn’t expect anything less from Tony! Fantastic way to get and stay healthy!
Thx Tony for P90X. Did it 8 yrs ago, Still do the workouts a few times a week, but only 1 round. Have to protect against injury & balance the recovery time @ 67 yrs old. May God keep you clear of the symptoms of the disease. Mike.
Tony is awesome! He helped me shed 40 pounds and build muscle using his Power 90 program. I kept getting up each morning pressing Play and laughing with Tony. Thank you!
Currently i am doing p90x last year i also repeat the same and couple of years ago i also did p90x ...So,I respect you Tony boss from core of my heart...Stay blessed.
I want to meet tony one day. My fitness journey started with p90x back in high school in chicago. His workouts helped me be a wrestling captain, helped me in the marine corps, and to this day I still do an original p90x workout from time to time. Hard work and intensity was instilled in me through this man, I will always be grateful for that. I know you'll never read this but thank you Tony Horton, you changed my life. The values I learned through fitness have helped me in my career and continue to motivate me.
It's funny. Tony has been in my house 100+ times but I have never seen his house till now.
This has inspired part of the next home I'm planning... indoor and outdoor training grounds with view, ala Tony. Love it. 10 years my senior, TH is always an inspiration. Keep movin!
Love from India, loved the P90X routines and videos that I used to to do back in 2009-10. Great to see TH looking healthy. God bless this pioneer.
The man who opened my eyes to exercise from early 2000’s thanks Tony
Tony you are an amazing human being! Thank you for motivating me during P90X!
Tony you look great! Love P90x and P90x3! You've helped me a lot throughout the years. Thank you!!!

Love tony Horton! Changed my life. No joke. Huge fan
He finally aged, I was thinking he a vampire or something. He never ages. Nice to see him again doing what he loves.
Hes still hot.
He looks older than the 61 he is to me.
@@DrTopLiftDPT I think he has some kind of illness with facial paralysis or something like that so he was out of action for a while. Good to see him back doing what he loves.

Just Part of the Journey
Two weeks ago Sunday, I was having a perfectly normal day, and even played a fun game of Telestrations with some friends. We ate Vegan Mexican food, laughed until our abs hurt, and life was good. Toward the end of the night, I began to get a pretty severe headache and my ear had also been tingling, itching and burning. The following day the pain in my ear began to increase and by the end of the week my jaw began to hurt, and I thought I might be suffering from a possible neck injury or pinched nerve because of the headaches and weird sensations in my ear. I went to a spine specialist to get an evaluation of my neck and upper spine area, though my neck was tight, he offered several other possible scenarios for me, a few of which sounded scary.
By Saturday morning I noticed that the right side of my face was no longer cooperating with my brian, and my wife rushed me to the emergency room. Upon further inspection of my ear the ER doc determined that I had developed shingles. I though, "Shingles in my ear?" The doctor further concluded that the shingles was the cause of my facial paralysis because the shingles creates inflammation inside a tiny tubular bone where the seventh cranial nerve runs. This nerve is responsible for eye movement, taste, and general facial muscle control, basically, the right side of my face wasn't working anymore. Even with this early analysis, the good doctors felt I should still get an MRI of the vessels in my brain to be sure I wasn't having a stroke. Not my first MRI, but there's nothing more disconcerting after hearing you have shingles and Bell's Palsy, than to jump into a tube for 45 minutes to check for a stroke to boot. After the results came back I was relieved to hear my neck and brain are rock solid. Phew! Armed with a diagnosis of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, some Prednisone and anti-viral medication, I was told to take it easy, and with any luck I would be able to use my face again in a few weeks...or months...apparently this isn't an exact science. Doctors did however warn me that I would probably feel worse before I felt better, and boy were they right!
Once I got home I began to discover just how brutal this virus can be, especially because of the intense pain in my head, followed by nausea, then vomiting, dizziness, vertigo, complete and total weakness and exhaustion completed the package. I could only handle that intensifying combination for about 48 hours hours before I begged my wife to take me back to the hospital in the middle of the night. After several hours of fluids and intravenous drugs I headed back home around 4:30am. That was one week ago today. The last seven days have been a menagerie of pain, vertigo, specialists, and medication. Oh, and lots and lots of sleep! I will say that as of this moment, things are finally starting to take a turn for the better. I'm down 10 lbs. I will not be on the cover of Men's Fitness any time soon, but my energy is improving and after today's doctor appointment, there are lots of reasons to be optimistic in the coming weeks. The healing process is apparently slow, but I'm getting my rest, taking my meds, listening to my wife, and with any luck I could be closer to normal in 3-8 weeks.
This battle has taught me quite a few lessons; many lessons I thought I had already learned, and thought I was putting into practice. Shingles is caused by stress, and apparently I've been under some stress and haven't even been aware of it. It's now time for me to look at how I suppress my emotions and try to fight through everything with exercise alone. It looks like I'm going to have to re-read my own book The Big Picture, and find the balance again. Actually, I'm excited to start this new chapter in my life. Less anger, less frustration, better communication, and really enjoying the simple things more. I hope by revealing all of this, that maybe there's a lesson or nugget in here for you as well. Sometimes we all need to take a step back and continually reevaluate our lives to make sure we're still on task and haven't just fallen into a new pattern. I'm still learning too.
Warmest regards,
Tony Horton
Hey Tony. Love the video. Here in Bonnie Scotland I have gone through P90X, P90X2 & P90X3 many many times. 19 sets of P90X, 6 sets of P90X2 & now I am working through my 3rd set of P90X3. I started in April 2011 when I was 40 (turning 41 that July) and I will turn 50 THIS July (2020). I do it almost every day with occasional rest days with some some breaks for colds (which I almost never get). I did have to stop for 3 months after I had my ACL torn playing football. Sadly I have opted not to have the surgery to fix the ACL as it would (I understand) lead to a greater chance of arthritis at an earlier, old, age. Instead I fast and other things to encourage my body to produce stem cells. I still do P90X3 almost every day which I can do without too much strain on my knee and I feel in better shape than ever. Just wish I could get my ACL back at full width and play football and tennis. Even so, its great feeling fit. So I thank you heartily for that. You are an inspiration. Come to Scotland and I'll set you up with some golf through my business, Ultimate Golf Service.
I did P90X for a few months in 2011, but I will be thrilled if I ever go back as Tony was awesome. He's amazing.
He is absolutely so amazing, living how he teaches!
God knows I loved p90x back in the day when I was a college student with no time and no money. Now I am back at it due to gyms being closed and still love it. Tony you are a true inspiration! Always so motivating : )
Nothing but love for Tony, his p90X program is still paying dividends even though I am out of shape. The work I put in for 2-3 years has lasted even though I have been lazy.
Seriously, you guys need to do an end-all P90X4 and make it so versatile, that anyone can do it, like anyone from beginner to advanced weight training. Make it flexable so you can do anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours. It also needs to be on DVD format. I know Tony has The Next Level, but a modern P90X4 would be amazing. Seriously. Like totally seriously.
YES!
Bless you Tony, you were my mentor 10 years ago. Nice to see you again
I love how his energy has NOT changed at all!!! He’s still got it all!!!!! 🙌🏼🔥
I love this guy! I started with the original P90 and have been following his programs ever since
I feel like Tony is an old friend you can turn to for motivation. My 12 year old dvds are beat to hell, but he and P90X are saving my mind and body through this Corona Virus nightmare. Luv ya Tony , stay safe and healthy.
I started P90X in 2005 finished the 90 days and got amazing results. Then stop because of moving and laziness. 2020 started it up again and I am still seeing amazing result. One of the BEST WORKOUT EVER!!!
I love Tony Horton! He’s so awesome and down to Earth ♥️
Glad to see you got your health back Tony, you helped a lot of people.
WOW! Looks amazing. Gives me ideas for our home gym. Thank you for posting!
A challenge at all ages. Tony makes you bring it. Thanks Voach Horton
I owe a lot to this guy. Still regularly train with the original P90x routine in conjunction with functional exercises. Definitely keeps me motivated
Same here and the program is my favorite
I love Tony Horton's energy and enthusiasm. 🙂 I have been enjoying his P90 and P90X3 workouts.
You changed my life for the better my friend. I've been doing p90x for 13 years.
P90X2 Yoga, P90X3 'The Warrior', and P90X3 'Complex Upper and Complex Lower' are my favorite P90 workouts. -You are still an inspiration after all of these years!! Thanks!
Tony, thanks for bringing us into your home! Love the renos you made! Truly jealous! You could film Ninja Warrior or Cirque de Soleil at your place! I love how you are exploring different ways to perform functional fitness! Thanks for the motivation!
I started power 90 when I was 19 years old. I still have my original vhs and bands. They sent me P90x on vhs before it became an infomercial. I feel like I have been with Tony Horton all my life. I am now 42 and I still alternate between power 90, P90x and P90x3.
Amazing gym and amazing view! I see Tony everyday doing P90X3. Today we’re doing MMX.😁
P90x is also what gave me my inspiration and made me shed 50 lbs plus and pack on some real muscle, thank you soooookooo much Tony!!!!
Hi Tony! My boyfriend and I are stuck without a gym like everybody else and we are doing p90x together in our one bedroom apartment to get through this lockdown. I did a long round of PT after knee surgery (now quite awhile out) and doing my best and "forgetting the rest." I remember some guy friends doing p90x and getting results some years ago and brought it up as an option. In our first three weeks, I have improved in flexibility, am squatting a little deeper again, improving in core strength, and doing more pull ups than before.
The most important thing is that our moods improved so much during this lockdown following p90x. We have an evening ritual around them now. Bet you couldn't guess you would be helping people during a pandemic. Thank you and take care!
Love you, Tony! Thanks for continuing to inspire others!
i love this guy, inspires the hell out of me
So good to see Tony, my hero! I want all those toys, man that looks like fun. What a badass, do your best and forget the rest!
Great to see TH's back and still bringing it.
Love that he's stayed fit and committed. So many fitness gurus did it just for money like Schwarzenegger, but Tony is walk'n the talk. Well done!
what a legend! p90x is the reason why i'm working out now
