I have one older brother, but my dad and I have always had an exceptionally special bond. Obviously, both of our parents love us equally, but my brother tends to take after our mom, whereas my dad and I have always been more alike. I was a goofball of a kid and I think my dad has ALWAYS been a goofball with me. We each have a warped sense of humor that no one else really quite understands. Before I got married, any guy I dated who met my dad absolutely thought my dad was THE best pseudo father-in-law.
