Turn 1 is a great place to watch if you want to see the cars going flat out at full speed

I think it's the old start/finish straight that has the DRS - and through Copse.

OK, so this is useful for drivers trying to figure out which gear to be in over the decades for each turn, but is this not supposed to be a list of "best places to watch" --- so stands, banking, secret spots where not many go to watch, etc.....

Sometimes the race is so fast you get bored watching on TV, they really can't relay the speed of the cars on the long straights. I live in Canada and I'm a senior, disabled and recovering from a heart attack, having the races on TV is the only to follow the sport.

I sat at Stowe, it's the cheaper seats,if I go again, lufffield because we almost sat everywhere where there's a grandstand & the pit straight, lufffield grandstand I had some Epic photos, they're better than my posters 😂

Sups S Yes, start/finish straight trough turn 1. If they dont break and/or lift throttle, drs will be open trough the corner

Not a big fan of Silverstone or any airfield circuit. I love Brands Hatch but I guess F1 never will return there. So many good memories from Brands Hatch in the 80s!
