That Water Buffalo adds character to a very nice house. I would just worry about flooding during the rainy season but other than that I would love something like that house in Thailand.

I am sorry I did not get you to my home after lunch in Doi Saket... we have 3.2 rai, but ohhh! the gardens... the setting, the view... not as many bedrooms but those are easily built on the property... it would be an interesting challenge... thanks for the video... is this easily rented? or sold?
Maybe if someone was in every bedroom and all paying rent, per person it would be a good deal lol…plus you could grow a lot of your groceries but the buffalo might be in danger on bbq day lol again…nevertheless a very nice place..kop for vid 🙏🏻🤓🇹🇭

Good option as mini hotel ... rent out individual room basis.
