Yes and these two actors hated each other in real life Meg Ryan was quoted as saying it was just awful working with him the two of them were completely different
Suppose she's wearing the layered clothing because those sound stages can be pretty drafty during the cold months and ATWT was flmed in NYC. I'm sure that made for some cold days on the set.
