It’s possible although one of those cats is a female who he hung out with. I hope that this is the case and he’s happy somewhere else 🙏💕

I've had cat's and male one's can travel far and even be gone for days , I've worried they are gone but have come back ❤❤❤

With the new flower bed by the pool. Wet the soil and put cardboard down, wet and put soil on top plant your flowers and add wood chips to cover under and around the bed to control moisture and weeds. Wildflowers would look get.

I lived in Spain and I planted ciclamen, pensies and violas. They flowers all winter.
Use a combo of vinegar , salt and dish soap to kill the weeds in that flower bed or any weeds it's natural. Look online for the amount of each item. I love your box!
Also did you know that pears will not ripen on the tree? They have to be picked and ripened off the tree.

Hello Suzie, feral cats are a law unto thier own, if he lost the fight with the other cat, he may be scared to return, I do hope he returns.
Elizabeth, he may have been small but he was a brave cat. I hope you are right and that he has found a new loving home 💕
If you have old wood with any woodworm or such, you can treat it with borax solution and let it dry before finishing it. It's a less toxic way to deter the bugs.

Have a little hope if he hasn't been neutered he may have gone off seeking females. To stop some of the rivalry it's best to have them neutered around 3 months old. I bred Ragdolls for a few years so have some experience. Also, cat spraying and marking territory never happens. Its a happier life all around. Hopefully its whats happening and he turns up hungry and happy to be home.

Your property seems so quiet and tranquil. I'm so sorry that your little companion has gone to a better place. I have a feeling, though, that it won't be long before another stray will find you. Tell us what you will be doing with the ground in the courtyard? Will you eventually fill it with gravel or another material to keep the weeds at bay?
It really is a peaceful place. I am sure other cats will come but Beijos was special as he liked cuddles. The other cats are more wild and don’t like to be touched. I think I will be putting down round stones around the seating area and I’m not quite sure how the rest is going to evolve yet. For now I will just keep the wild plants trimmed back. A nice grass area would be nice with a pathway running through it. However, it would need a lot of water in the summer. Let’s see. Have a great week 🙏💕

Love to see more of the area and the map on the wall...☺️ 💜 🐈Is there a bowl of water out for him? maybe he has a girlfriend? Or thought you were away?...keep positive. 💐 Would you consider re instating the outside " little house" again with loo, handbasin and shower? All the basics are there. Then a stone slab pathway from the kitchen, and your quaint Air BnB set up. The stone slate covering the cement blocks will be an acceptable view, with a bright Magenta Bougainvillas to "wow" everyone! Income guaranteed!! Future resale attractive.
I am thinking of turning the old kitchen into a studio apartment with shower and kitchen so no need to reinstate the outside bathroom. I’ll keep the old kitchen sink area and fireplace. Expose some of the stone in there. Make it a beautiful separate space for friends/family and maybe even an Airbnb during the summer months 😀💕

He returned last night and I am sure you are right about the other cat. I am now kindly chasing the other cat away when I see him. It’s not an easy situation but hopefully it will be more calm soon 😀💕

I certainly wouldn’t be doing heavy physical work in a dress. After a lifetime of working with and showing jumping horses and working on a dairy farm, my clothing of choice are jeans and a tee shirt and boots. Lol

@@dreamlifeportugal I have long had an overheating problem from my thyroid but that still didn’t stop me from wearing pants. So scratch up your legs and get poison ivy. It’s your body, your choice. In my 71 years since I was old enough to wear jeans at 11 and work with horses and later work on a dairy farm, and then spackle, sand and paint the rooms in my revolutionary era home, I always wore pants. I wore skirts or dresses to my job as a legal assistant. And I sure as hell wouldn’t want to ride a horse in a skirt. But to each her own.
