- hi everyone! We have our first Hermes Haul up and it is a chatty one. I wanted to share with you all what I picked up from Hermes as well as just have a talk in regards to what I've been thinking about this whole Hermes journey. I think many cannot understand that some of us truly love what Hermès has to offer besides of the bags. I’m now at a point where I’m buying more high ticket items so the offers are definitely coming quickly. But at the end of the day, yes I want the bags but I want the rest too. I always have a piece of Hermès on me, Hermès is my favorite brand for sure! And they totally know if you love the brand or are there just to get a bag.
I agree!!! Funny enough my husband told me the other day that he loves the brand from the few pieces he has added 😅 I like to venture out a little more to other fashion houses, but after I started the 'journey' I can now understand better why it's in place

Love your hair color! I can't relate to the Hermes journey. I had enough after purchasing one pair of oran sandals 😂 Unfortunately the quality was not so hot when I unboxed. I do like one of their handbags but can't justify it for my lifestyle right now. Maybe one day. Enjoy your journey.

Totally get your point about buying the bags from the boutique! I’m also taking my time with this “journey” and just getting stuff that I just want and could use. And I genuinely enjoy them! I’m not thinking of getting a BKC in the next 3 years but I know eventually I want to have a Constance, which is why I started this journey. And funny enough it’s making me appreciate the brand, and see how much more they could offer than just the Birkin or Kelly.
So it was nice knowing someone out there just buys stuff they enjoy!

I was hoping to get that scarf before but when I saw how much the threads get all worn out so easily, I did not purchase it but another one that doesn’t have the tendency to do that.

Girl, can’t wait for you to get your bag. My heart is on a Constance! The mug is totally worth it, that’s my favorite Hermes pattern! Pre-loved- idk I think you have to be into that- I don’t like used things at all, really rather not (unless it’s like my mom’s or sisters’) otherwise idk, I’m icky about that stuff …plus I’d always think I got sold a fake 😂. I missed when you posted about the accident but my gosh my heart hurt a little for the mug 😂 something similar happened with one of my teacups, but they weren’t as generous and didn’t replace it 😞.

BTW, you won’t get any quota bag offer if you don’t buy any RTW or watches or jewelry. But every one has a different Hermes journey. I did that before but didn’t get offered until I started buying the high commissioned items.
I agree that everyones journey is different. I know of some which have gotten an offer without purchasig ready to wear.

Hi May! I am so with you on not having any plans to buy multiple Birkins and Kellys. I have a Birkin 30 that is so special to me but I wouldn’t say it is anywhere close to my most used bag. It is more of a collector’s piece for me. I would like to add a Kelly to have one of each!😅❤
Ok I have to revise this. I am actually a crazy person and keep track of which bag I use each day. I just tallied up 2023 and my Birkin was tied for second most used!! What?! I had no idea. This is why I like to keep track every day. I surprise myself!! LOL

Hi Mel, there are bags which are easier to get than others. For example, my Picotin, I asked her for it and she had in within a week. There are some that you can ask for & they may have in store but not necessarily in the combination you're looking for.

If you get lucky LOL but the bag being offered to you for purchase is ultimately decision of the SA, like they will have bags in display & you can say 'Hi, can I buy that bag (other than Birkin, Kelly, Constance) & if they DO have one in the back the SA might still say, sorry we dont have any available, get it? I know super ridiculous but thats the 'exclusivity' game they play

@MelissaAdams-Wade Yea, thats why the best route is to build a relationship with an SA, they want you to get to know the brand & all it has to offer, not just the handbags.
