RMC will build anything as long as people will pay, them building the new fire in the hole is proof of this so I would say if a park asks for it, they will do it!
Buy or sell: Funspot will make Funspot atlanta their flagship park and as such we will continue to see it get the most additions between the three parks. Unlike orlando and Kissimmee who has to compete with the giants like disney, universal and seaworld, atlanta only has to worry about SFoG who they can compete with. The park also has by far the most room for expansion of the three parks.
Buy or sell: the rumored new-for-2024 coaster at bgw is gonna be a rmc hyper hybrid
It’s tough. Velocicoaster is such a solid coaster. I think it is in the talks for best coaster
Buy or Sell: If the Nemesis retrack is a major success, other parks will do this to their older B&M's - like Dragon Khan, Kumba, or the Batman Clones.

Buy or sell: BGT is gearing up to level pantopia and redevelop it entirely. Well known sand serpent is on its last legs, scorpion is unpopular despite its antique legend status. Falcons fury is a maintenance nightmare that never sees an uninterrupted day of operation. No one goes to the shows anymore. Phoenix and all the kids flat rides are already removed and as of last week about 60% of the area is obscured by work walls
I rode Iron Gwazi and Velocicoaster for the first time over a month ago and both were unbelievable..but Velocicoaster was godly and my new number 1...I won't be surprised if it beats Fury.
All 3 of those coasters are top 7 for me

Totally agree. I was able to ride both last May and while both were great VelociCoaster was the closest thing to perfection I’ve ever ridden. We’ll see if that changes when I get on Maverick and SteVe next month
@@commissionproductions Veloci has the best layout of all time. The problem is Fury is the most monstrous coaster ever built. Hard to beat that but Veloci is so good I can see it. When you get down to Veloci vs SV vs F325 it's all preference because they're all soooo good. Maverick does not deserve to even be in the conversation with those 3
@@GooseDuck-ft4ko even after SV I still prefer VelociCoaster. Maverick was severely overrated and I actually prefer Magnum, Millie, and Raptor over it
Buy or sell. There will be a new coaster built at a theme park themed after a NHL,MLB, or NBA Team based on the fact that there's a coaster named after the Pittsburgh Steelers.

I've shared this elsewhere, but I don't think the revamped Dragster will need more than 2 launches. A backwards launch to 60 mph should be enough to set up a forward launch to 120 mph. In that case, the reverse spike only needs to be about 140 ft tall. And it doesn't matter how tall the spike is, since Cedar Point will be able to market it as the *"world's tallest and fastest multi-launch coaster."*

I just got to ride one of the Skyline prototypes (Brava! in the Brake Run Helix exhibit at Mass MoCa) and it was incredibly smooth and fun. I can't wait to see more of their newer single rail models in production.
Buy or sell: Dorney Park’s new coaster and Zambezi Zinger represent the beginning of Cedar Fair investing in their smaller parks
Buy or Sell: With Intamin's current LSM launch coasters proving reliable and popular, Cedar Fair will spring for an Intamin LSM launch coaster for a mid-sized park. This would be a test run to see if its worth patching up relations between the two parties. Down the road, I look at that LSM vertical launch coaster and I think 'That would be perfect for the new Volcano, the Blast Coaster' but that would be a decade down the road, if the trial works out.

The Swarm at Thorpe park had the last 2 rows (both sides) face backwards from 2013 till I think 2017 and it was free

Buy or Sell: Worlds of Fun will get another coaster before 2026 if Zambezi Zinger does well because of the FIFA world cup in Kansas City
I'll buy the Golden Ticket one just because of the way the Golden Ticket Awards work: there's a huge bonus for being a coaster that many people have ridden. And I'd bet that over time, any major coaster at Universal Orlando is going to have an advantage there over one at Carowinds.

That was my thought process as well and why I asked the question. I think it's more likely Velocicoaster gets the top spot due to the traffic Universal IOA receives even over Cedar Point.

I'm thinking of the two top-rated coasters I've actually ridden, Superman and Wicked Cyclone at SFNE. In the Vote Coasters poll which has a Mitch Hawker-like system intended to tease out Condorcet preferences, Wicked Cyclone leads Superman by a nose (they are nearly tied). In the Golden Ticket Awards, Superman is ranked way above Wicked Cyclone. Why? Superman has been around longer and was extremely famous in its early years, so more people are familiar with it, which gives it an advantage in the GTA but not in Vote Coasters.

Buy or Sell: Ravine Flyer II will get a barrel roll like Hades 360, and maybe get a retrack.
Buy or sell: mystic Timbers will be Rmc when it closes down or gets a entire remastered edition with titan track
Buy or sell: Dollywood will get a Vekoma Hyper in the future (Due to their recent partnership and to differentiate from the nearby B&M Hypers at SFOG and Carowinds)
Buy or Sell: Alton Towers will build a small scale high intensity thrill coaster which will either replace Rita or Oblivion before 2035. Something like a small RMC Hybrid or Raptor.
Buy or Sell: Galaxy’s Edge gets a Star Wars themed coaster that becomes Disney’s first real thrill coaster.
Buy or Sell: Wildcat's Revenge will be in the top 5 RMC coasters.
Buy or sell: Cedar fair eventually adds a new intamin blitz that tops velocicoaster

The Brava! coaster at Mass MoCA was very smooth. If the pasketti bowl coasters trains run like the single car they had on that custom model, I think they will be very smooth.
Houston definitely needs a park. I’m in DFW which the metroplex here is bigger than Houston’s now and it needs another park. Someone go start something in Houston.
I tend to agree with your thoughts regarding Velocicoaster. I think it is more likely that Velocicoaster takes over the #1 spot than Steel Vengeance. I really hope we are beyond Millennium Force being the top ranked coaster. It will be interesting to see the next three years and see if anything unseats Fury. With the theming of Velocicoaster and the traffic that park receives it has a good shot. I appreciate you putting that question in as I think it is an interesting topic considering how many coaster polls seem to be popping up.
I also think that after 6 years we may be finally past Millennium Force, but the voters are weird and as predictable as they are...sometimes can be unpredictable
The thing with Millennium Force, for me anyway, is it is the only coaster with a first drop that is long enough to actually enjoy. It's not over in a heartbeat like so many others. As far as Velocicoaster goes, it's amazing, it's intense, the second launch is boss level-it's epic. It cracked my top 5, I could ride it all day. I love Velocicoaster.
I got on Flight Deck at CGA a couple weeks ago and it's still an excellent shape. I was very surprised to learn how old it is. I'm not saying I think it'll be relocated when the park closes, I'm just saying some B&M's last longer than others.
True, maybe the small ones have a longer shelf life and could possibly be relocated

@@ejectorairtime73 I feel like at that point it'd make more sense for a park to just buy an entire new invert. Flight Deck interacts with CGA terrain so if it's relocated they'll have to buy new supports, so new supports + new track might as well be an entire new ride.

@@ejectorairtime73 yeah I do really hope it gets relocated. Most of the smaller Cedar Fair parks would really benefit from it, but who knows if the cost of fabricating new supports is worth it for them

I don't like special back cars. That's not a matter of ride experience or about the upcharge, but because they can be a drawback for capacity depending how parks operate them. For Tonnerre 2 Zeus at Parc Astérix, the back car is operated as a virtual queue only attraction. As virtual queue tickets quickly get sold out, its common to be unable to ride it even though multiple trains are sent with empty back cars due to time gaps between booked rides. Even people wanting to pay can't benefit from it, while the original capacity is reduced by four as row 13 is the upcharge attraction and row 14 is a zero car.
Buy Or Sell: Six Flags will do a Batman the Ride thing but for family coasters.

In case this has been done already: Buy or Sell: After pipeline, surf coasters will NOT sell well, and B&M will unveil a strictly launched model that isn't a wing or standup variation within the next five years.

Sell. Hard Sell. A hyper wooden coaster is totally in the cards (Son of Beast already happened so we know it’s possible) but even 250 feet seems like a pipe dream let alone 300.
I look for Kumba to receive a major upgrade over removing it. It’s such an iconic coaster and rounds out tampas collection nicely. I look for retracking in areas that may need it and possibly a new type of vehicle whether it’s the same but with vest restraints or even a floorless. Kumba to Tampa is Nessy to Williamsburg
They already have two flourless coasters.... and kracken in the same state
It just doesnt seem popular enough to spend over 10 million on when they could invest that money into a ride that will draw a lot of new people in.
Buy or Sell: Adventureland gets a major launch coaster to replace Raging River
Buy or Sell: When The Simpsons Ride closes by 2028, Universal Studios Hollywood will replace it with something based off of either Harry Potter, Back to the Future, or Fast & Furious.
Buy or Sell: Heide Park is gonna be the next northern german park to add a new coaster
Buy or sell : Alton Towers gets a launched B&M wing coaster in the next 6 years
Buy or sell : Taziker Coasters ( look them up ) get very popular in the next 10 years
Buy or sell : Phantasialand relocates their park within the next 15 years due to height and land restrictions
Buy or Sell: SeaWorld San Diego eventually gets a B&M Family Wing Coaster.
Buy or Sell: In the next 20 years, Six Flags Magic Mountain will build a parking structure down the road and build another roller coaster in the former parking lot’s place.
8:55 CGA is probably not closing as from what I and many others have heard, the city of Santa Clara is actively fighting to keep the park open. With the problems that are facing Silicon Valley right now I think that the new land owners will sell the land back to cedar fair.
So it is more of a matter of IF not when.
CF won’t be buying the land back. I can guarantee that lol. Price of land will continue to raise. Whoever bought won’t sell it for a loss. The petition probably won’t do much either. Unless the land becomes worthless in the next few years, CGA will cease to exist.

I haven’t rode Velocicoaster yet but I’ve marathoned Fury and BGT is my home park. From what all my friends who have Universal Passes and BG passes say they all say Iron Gwazi is better by a small margin. That being said the more I ride Iron Gwazi the more I want to rank it over Fury because of the variety IG has that death roll and that pacing with airtime …it’s tough … I need to ride fury again 😂

Hard sell. I live right by Knott’s, and there are major restrictions that they deal with that are unique to the park being landlocked and surrounded by neighborhoods, especially noise. In fact, the reason Ghostrider’s first drop has an awning on it is because of noise complaints from the nearby residents. Unless the whole ride was enclosed, the B&M hyper or giga would be too loud to operate on a daily basis, as if a jet plane were flying by every few minutes. It’s not gonna happen, not unless they dump millions of dollars into thoroughly noise-proofing it unlike any coaster we’ve seen before. That coaster needs to be dead silent, or it will not exist.
Buy or sell: Worlds of fun will get a launch coaster by 2030
As someone who is from Houston originally -- Grand Texas will never open. They've been talking about it since well before Astroworld closed (the first time I remember hearing about it, I was in fifth grade, back in either 1996 or 1997), and there hasn't been one ounce of concrete poured.
Yeah theyve been making big promises but since the waterpark opened theyve been quiet
Buy or sell: lagoon will remove jet star 2 at lagoon in favor for a RMC raptor
Buy or sell: a coaster paying tribute to son of beast at kings island will open
Buy or sell, we will get another by the numbers video by Airtime Thrills by the end of April
Buy or Sell: Xcelerator at Knott’s will get the TTD treatment within the next 5 years
Buy or Sell: With new inversions comming around, the vertical loop will eventualy go extinct/massively lose popularity

Buy or Sell 3: Coaster Express at Parque Warner Madrid will close at the end of the 2023 season, and be transformed into an RMC Hybrid.
Buy or Sell 4: Six Flags Magic Mountain will eventually have Viper scrapped and they will replace it with a MACK Rides’ first ever Giga coaster.
By or sell: The first 500 foot coaster will be at a Six Flags park
Buy or Sell: Assuming Universal’s Texas park is a hit, Disney will be compelled to respond within the next 10 years with a new US theme park in a brand new region.
Buy or Sell: In the next ten years, Knott’s Berry Farm Will RMC GhostRider
Buy or sell: Cedar fairs future coasters will be well themed
I would be a TRAVESTY if Kumba was to get torn down. That ride has one of the best elements on the planet and the rest of the ride is awesome as well. I really hope they retrack it when the time comes.

Considering Six Flags isn’t building a giga pretty much ever and most non-chain parks are too small, BGT has “America’s next Giga” written all over it.

Also I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I don't even think velocicoaster is the best steel roller coaster in Florida. There's no way it takes down Fury 325. I believe that although they are both steel coasters it's like trying to compare a cactus to an apple. When you compare Fury and VC

Buy or Sell: with one more good roller coaster, Islands will have one of the best big three’s in the country
Mt. Olympus did the first slide wheel in the US and expanded their indoor waterpark. But I agree they could use a new coaster, I agree with the RMC route.

The Batmans at SFGAdv (longer operating season) and SFMM (year-round ops) have more wear and tear than the one at SFGAm (which is only entering its 31st season as it was SBNO in 2020)
Buy or sell: if Pipeline is a success, the first Cedar Fair surf coaster goes to Canada's Wonderland by 2035
