Hmmmmm, well, This is a good beer, but I've always considered this one on the lower flavor spectrum of Mexican beers, Miller High Life and PBR, also good beers, I think probably out of the 3 you mentioned, PBR for me has more of a flavor profile than Carta Blanca, that's it really. That is exactly the conditions it was born on, Carta Blanca used to be the best seller in Monterrey, a Northern city with very hot days and where BBQs are a thing of every weekend.

Carta Blanca used to be Monterrey's (and the Northeastern part of Mexico) flagship beer, but nowadays Tecate has been pushed as the beer to go by Cuautemoc-Moctezuma brewery (now part of Heineken), now it's the cheap and even unwanted beer of the family...
I said molasses to the sweet maltiness, like a slightly burnt bitter molasses. My favorite Cerveza after Bohemia.. tied really I guess. Harder to find than it tho.
