Phoibos' customer service is second to none. Few days ago I wrote to them, asking for counsel after a stupid watchmaker left several fingerprints on the interior AR coating of my Eagle Ray GMT's crystal. To my great surprise and delight, Phoibos not only replied (well, they always reply, kindly and helpfully), but sent me, free of any charge, a replacement crystal. Yes, a new double-domed sapphire crystal!
That's what I like to hear a brand do and I have heard great things about Phoibos! Glad to hear that was resolved for you too. I'd be pissed if it happened to me. Things like this make people feel good paying their for a watch especially when there are so many micro brands but not many would replace a crystal like that!!
I think this is a great value and solid and well spec'd diver. I haven't owned a Phoibos yet but will purchase based on liking the style and hearing customers say how good their customer service is. That goes s long way for me.
Nice review this has been on their website for the last month maybe month and a half with a $50 off code. For being a new watch or something like that. I was able to get mine with the $50 off so $269 free shipping and I got the salmon color. I like the blue but I did not like the way the chapter ring had a greenish tint can't wait till I get it.

Ready for them to step up the movement. Tired of all my watches being entry level Seiko movement. I will pay extra for a 28800 movement.

Phoibos has plenty of hi beat watches. My Narwhal has a 9015 plus there's others.
i think the lume on the marker at the 6 o'clock position has like 8 layers of lume not 15, lol! dimmer in the video.

Why not have female endlinks I just don't understand why that's not the standard for bigger watches. Its nice though.
During time space between 9:30 and 10:20 the lume lost like 60 % of it's potential.
2minute loom.
This is completely normal. Initial burst fades quickly even when the lume is super-great. This lume looks great, and in my experience the lume on Phoibos' watches lasts up to 10 hours (in complete darkness, after charging it with a UV torch for 30 seconds).
Definition of ' quantity over quality ', that loom was almost gone in 1minute. yikes.
I am not interested in reviews of or purchasing watches that are intentionally under produced and impossible to purchase. 'Out of Stock' is not a selling point.
I mean, it's a nice watch but an NH35 doesn't equate to a ton of specs, since tons of watches meet or exceed these specs for less money. Plus you don't have to live with the ugly octopus...
