    Love this!! I sure do need the basics so this was great...I like the way Mathew repeated each term as the Portuguese pronunciation is tough!! Waiting for my next lesson...I sure need to up my Portuguese game!! Thx Mathew!

    wait until you learn Camões, Pessoa or Espanca poetry; that will unleash hell, even i, as portuguese, had an hard time with it! 😜😂

    Thank you Matthew. I think it should be casa branca as casa is feminine. As for the blue toilet, I thought banheiro was confined to Brazilian Portuguese? Normally, a bathroom is casa de banho and a toilet is sanita. This was a portable toilet, so maybe it is special. I am not sure.

      Banheiro is Brazilian, casa de banho ou retrete would work, sanita not in this case.

    its casa amarela not casa amarelo and is casa branca not casa branco

      Does "Verde" also change depending if it is a male or female word attached to it.

      ​@@petervermeer.4904 same for orange, you wouldn't say "laranjo" because that doesn't exist, so you don't do this with every word
      it's really hard to learn any language by memorizing each and every little detail like this, it's much easier to acquire the language and the result is a much more natural speech, it helps to know them after you already know how to speak and understand native people talk, sort of like how a kid learns it in school after it acquires the language through their parents
