mV has very important role in measure of pH in any solution. pH is potential difference between sample and reference measure in mV. Which is used to calculate the pH of sample via calibration curve. So Mili volts has very important role in pH meter during pH calculation.
It is calculated by instrument software it self.... But manually is little how difficult... You should calculate valtage difference between 2 buffer's and divide it by difference of 2 buffer's ph
