How to calculate slope and offsite values

To calculate the slope in a pH meter, calibrate with standard buffers and use the formula: Slope (%) = (Measured mV difference ÷ Theoretical mV difference) × 100. The offset is determined by measuring the mV at pH 7.0 buffer; deviations from 0 mV indicate the offset.
