    I believe that the plants would glow for the same reasons that an Angler-fish would have a light on it's head. It is to attract other organisms so they can feed on them. Also, humans have a rib cage to protect out lungs so why would the spiracles be exposed?? As we see later on in the movie, the Na'vi hunt by shooting their arrow into those spiracles. I think this is an evolutionary problem.

    Just following the 50 minute marker, I have some short theories on how the evoliution of the Direhorse and the antennae, could it possibly be used to link and transfer information from one direhorse to another - rather than our earths whin and clicks of a horse, a silent communication if you would, It is shown that they search for objects with their antennae for linking. Another theory is the idea behind them having two rather than one supports that their could be two riders, not just one. Ann

    A couple other ideas on the antennas: communication w / the planet or others of same species to where food is or other complex comm. to maintain environmental balance, like the American Indians.
    I wish he covered the magnetic field, why there's a mysterious energy, floating islands, & the unabtanium
