I own exactly the same bike and same color, I love it and I don't feel it's heavy at all or under powered and I'm a 5'8" 63 year old female who's been riding for 45 years. One thing you said is correct... the eco and sports mode make absolutely no difference, but that might change when they release a new software update.

I have 2 cf moto atvs and parts are easy to get.The only reason people say things about cf moto is because it’s not Yamaha Honda or Kawasaki.

That's so true.. its normal to be apprehensive of a new brand though and maybe once people give it a chance, they will change their mind about it!

You have right... The times is changing and the Chinese premium motorcycles are very beautiful and some of them reliable too. They must be reliable and well manufacture to hit the competition. So, if they listen to their customers and they fix the "bad" things they will have a big piece of the market.

@@nonaansense CFMoto has been around for 35 years as of 2024. They are only new to the North American markets for the most part.

I don't know who told you they are unreliable? The research I done on this bike is the reason I bought the same model and color as you're test riding. They are bullet proof and since 1989 they have been manufacturing engine parts for bike all over the world as you mentioned, parts are easy to obtain as any motorcycle.

    • @nonaansense

I have heard that many people who just say that because of it being a Chinese brand. I agree with you regarding the quality and availability of parts. They are top notch!

I just read an article stating that by next year they figure CF Moto will take the market. They are nice bikes in comparison to the higher priced ones.

BS I have a 300nk and it works like a charm same with the parts support which i wanted to replace a side plastic on the tank.
They are getting also new models nearly every year and update a lot of parts.Like the screen etc.In nearly 3-4 years they changes like 3-4 screens on their bikes.
Yamaha doesnt even have usd on bikes like Tracer.

I believe the MODES work the same, and the only reason to change the screen/modes is to look at ECO type data, the performance is the same. Look at the types of data on the two screens, thats all the MODE changes effect......IMHO

My CF650Nk is due to be delivered in the next few days. No brainer for me - brought new and it was at least £3000 less than any of the Japanese/British alternatives and as someone else said has a 4 year warrantee in the UK. Mine is the same colour scheme and I love those yellow wheels.

the fact you say its heavy means they are using cheaper parts then for this bike which shows why the price is lower vs its closes competitor which is the z650 from kawasaki which has always been the cheapest out of the big 4. Also because it a parallel twin people tend u just lean to the nk400

Well, the Japanese motorcycles are renowned for their unmatched reliability and good resale values and the extensive dealers network in most countries .
The cfmoto are improving every year but for my money I would rather pay a bit extra and a peace of mind that my bike will last for many years to come and parts are readily available

I've noticed recently that bike shops don't just carry 1 or 2 brands anymore, and cfmoto seems to be available at half or so of them. The parts from what I've heard are super expensive and take forever to come in, however, but if you're willing to order from scummy aliexpress stuff is readily available and super cheap.

I have one of these bikes, and when I get to the 5000 to 6000 rpm mode, this bike comes alive like it wants to go out from under you. You start getting there very fast .

  • @relaxbecalm5574

I have a 400 NK and I can tell a big difference in Sport mode, When you get to around 3800 to 4000 RPM mine wants to go out from under me and the front wheel lofts off the ground when changing gears. These bikes like the higher RPM range it seems. They have a 45 degree tilt safety shut off and can be located if stolen, dual overhead cam, tire pressure warning and so on . The brakes are made by JJaun which is a subsidiary company of Brembo and make the best braided lines in the business. For the technology that is in the bike and cost and your looking for a cruiser or adventure bike and NOT a race bike I feel you get more bang for the buck here. I paid 248,000 PH pesos for mine.
