Pretty cool. i have been trying to make waves but not at this precision. Do you use just resin for mixing with white liquid ? or the usual resin + hardener combo ?
What blower do you use? I just finished my first one but the white would not break out like that. On Slow woudn´t make it frothy and High would break it apart in one solid line
Hi Anna! You can either clean them right away with alcohol or acetone and paper towels, or you can try to pull the resin out once it is dry. Depending on the material your mixing cup is made of, it may be difficult to pull the resin out once it is dry.
Hopefully the chat is still active for this video. I just watched this video and went to the Faux Rizzle website to get the pigments that they showed in this video to do a deep pour table similar to this one but could only find two of them the glass slipper and disco ball. have the other pigments been discontinued or had the names of the pigments changed. Any information on them would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of gloves are those? I've been using the tilt method and a heat gun but my canvas is too large to tilt effectively and these gloves would be an incredible benefut
This was created with Faux Rizzle UV+ and the colors were: Honey , Disco Ball, Opal, Peacock, Gingerbread, Rhapsody, Glass Slipper, Alaska, and Juicy Hues White Album
So I’m gonna make this table for a school competition, except I want to use beach sand instead of a slab of wood for a more realistic look. Any tips if anyone has done this before ?
Can you save the unused colored resin for the next day while you wait 24 hours for it to dry? Or should you remix everything? Also how much of the pigment should you put into each cup?
Once your part A & B have been mixed - there is no turning back! It will eventually start the curing process. In terms of pigments, you can start by adding a little colorant, mix, then pull our your stick. If it is semi-transparent and you like it, great! If you want it to be fully pigmented, add more, remix, then pull the stick out and check again. If you are not able to see through the resin, then it is fully opaque!
Very nice looking result! methods wouldn't appeared obvious, must have taken a bit of experimentation, glad you took time to film and post. Thanks.
This is astonishing, such skill is quite remarkable!

What kind of wood do you use for this?
it seems you can use any really because you cover it up but im considering using oak because then the sandy colour of it would work as the sand too
How many gallons did this take?
We are unsure of how many gallons this took as this was a long time ago. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
