Nice old Volare ("Vo-Lar-A" not "Vol-Air"). Love the green and that it's a 318. These are great old Mopars that are amazingly still affordable. Tons of options and possibilities with these F bodies. I own a '78 Aspen wagon with the slant Super Six and factory four speed. I love it! Good luck and have fun with your coupe!

Funny thing with me mispronouncing these cars, i got corrected by an old timer at the parts store, yet i still say "Vol-Air" its just stuck in my head for some reason

@@chrisrodproductions Hahaha, well it's better than singing that awful old "Vooooolarrrrrreeeee" song! Actually, the name "Volare" is an Italian word meaning "to fly". The Volares sister car, "Aspen" is simply named after the town in Colorado. Both names are better than the old Chevy "Nova" name, which means "doesn't go" in Spanish.

Make sure you buy the correct fuel tank. Some models had a flat style tank and others had a hump on it. The hump is the worst to have because they do not manufacture it if needed. I have the hump model and it was hell to get right.

Funny thing I should mention, initially when I first read this I was confused. But when I bought the car it came with a new fuel tank and straps, all I had to get was the sending unit and the filler neck grommet. They both came in and after installing the grommet, it ended up fitting loose and then and only then I realized I don’t have the right fuel tank🤦🏻‍♂️
