The Kirby Printer was made to counter Kirby at his own game but unfortunately the Pink Puffball just can't be cloned completely resulting in Dedede showing his true weapon, *the Dededestroyer Z,* a weapon made to crush Kirby once and for all.
Unfortunately the weapon has one fatal flaw, its own creations can be used against it. Just a few clones are needed to cause the machine to freeze temporarily to deal major damage and slowly destroy the machine.

It actually feels like you're fighting DeDeDe for the very last time.
If we're going by this game taking place pre-Return To Dreamland, then you may well be fighting Dedede one-on-one for the last time, at least of his own volition.

While roar is more chaotic and intense this one is definitely more final feeling
And in a way it was as this is the final end of a old rivalry

This, to me, is honestly the definitive Dedede experience. It has a bunch of motifs from his other themes, and it combines them perfectly. Along with a touch of triumphant return. It really feels like a true finale to Kirby and Dedede's rivalry, only matched by Fighter 2's final themes. Even with Forgotten Lands out, that electric organ will never, and most likely, can never be topped.
It sounds stupid, but this is the most 'Dedede' any Dedede theme in the franchise ever made me feel.
just imagine the captain falcon ending but then kirby and dedede do the final punch together throwing everything they in that last punch would be cool to see

I really wish this game wasn't as forgettable as it is, I forgot about till recently and got sent through nostalgia overload. This game is awesome, not a masterpiece but awesome.
the only good thing about it was character dialogue, the charming cell shaded graphics, comic book styled art, and as always, music

@cheemsthetroll The game is canon, but it's definitely not the final battle between Kirby and Dedede. Dedede will always try to beat Kirby until he succeeds.
@cheemsthetroll No, they fight in Kirby Fighters 2's story mode. Dedede will always have a grudge against Kirby, whether he's possessed or not.
@@chrange9714 I think by canon they meant main-line series, but yeah some spin-offs are canon like you said. In terms of the main-line series the very last battle Kirby has against Dedede where he isn't possessed or controlled or anything is in Kirby Super Star Ultra when fighting against Masked Dedede. Overall, I think that's a good way to end their rivalry.

Um nope, the kirby printer is not canon, its considered canon whenever belongs to main line kirby game, this one is a spin off, much like mass attack, kirby getting divided in 10 isnt aswell

what was your strategy in the final battle? i kick ass with Fighter but i decided to pick Whip so i can grab the Kirbies and throw them into the cannon without having to use a power/charge attack. i really wanna know your strat so tell me :]
I used Hammer to slaughter the Kirby clones and once Dededestroyer Z fell I'd shred it with Hammer Flip

I used Ice, it was the last ability I'd thought would help me get through with this tough boss. Plus, considering the attacks were pretty powerful to damage the Dededestroyer Z and fling the Kirbies into the cannon easily.
Yall had strats? I just picked Tornado cuz it was a 1v3 and i had no idea Dededestroyer was right after, but it was still ez to deal with them Kirbs. Then i used my Robo Bonkers skill and spammed Hyper Tornado (what else should i do with this power) and just repeated the cycle
