God forbid devs optimize their games. It's so incredibly disappointing to see Frame Generation mentioned in their recommended specs. Like did they even try? Fuck that, man...
@@oxfordking Oh man they really need to. I feel like they would actually lose a huuuuggge majority of the pc players because I cant run the damn game higher than 45-60fps on low graphics. I don't have a beast of a computer but its more than capable of running graphically intense games, at 1440 and high frames. I know its still just the 2nd beta but its so bad that its hard to hold out hope for the full release. 😭
@JereMiah-tg8to Yeah they will lose a lot of the player base if this isn't corrected. This video was only meant to help with the crap we have now. A lot of people have been blocked & comments removed in these comments as they were being just straight up dicks and rude to me which I won't tolerate whatsoever. I knew after Dragon's Dogma 2 that this game would suffer in performance. RE Engine is meant for Linear Environments and not open worlds. As gorgeous as the engine is this is just not its MO at all.
@@oxfordking Yep I have been an MH fan since 4, I'm not going to buy Wilds unless they can fix performance... It's insane that I can run Cyberpunk at 100+ FPS on high/max graphics at 1440p but Wilds makes me feel like I'm running the game on a laptop from 2013

DLSS + Lossless Scaling offers better image quality and FG for those without 40 and 50 Series Cards. The FSR + FG in MHW is terrible. Tons of Ghosting Shenanigans in the corners of the screen.
Not an excuse when the game launches in 20 days. This is just another game where they chose to force frame generation instead of actually optimizing the game. This game has been in development for 7 years.

Just look at the Ninendo64 / PS2 era. The shit that they pulled with optimization in the past way insane. Now we have games with these insane developement times and budgets yet optimization isn't even a primary focus.

I'm hoping Beta 3 will be much better. Guess we'll all see in about a week's time.
Besides gaming, you can also watch movies or TH-cam videos with 120+ FPS. Lossless Scaling is crazy stuff indeed.
