Businessmen try to avoid high taxation by consulting auditor/CA. Here, auditor/CA too must abide to different sections under IT-act. Still extremely old IT acts in progress. Instead of hundreds of clauses, why cannot Govt of India (*dept.of fin) create a very few sections? (1) Any individual irrespective of income (above 1.2LPA) must pay 10% IT (non refundable), (2) Only interest paid on Housing Loan (*up to 2.5LPA, max) shall be allowed under deduction, (3) No other deductions allowed including education fee (*tution fee), but, for this, Govt must insist all public/private/NBFC to offer education loans just at nominal interest about 3-4%PA, diminishing, (4) Every business man (*retail) must pay 8% IT irrespective of income (*above 2.4LPA) which is non-refundable. Here, any expenditure that incur due to purchase of vehicles, land, buildings, machinery etc.,indirectly attracts GST, so, why again to exempt from tax? All those except machinery may be considered as assets, so, no exemption/depreciation. (6)Every CEO/VP/P/MD of any firm must be treated just as employee only, so, a non-refundable IT of 15% must be levied.
