Marian, this video was absolutely fantastic! One thing that I would love to see more is when the host explains in deeper details the individual images and why they chose it. Your videos can be twice as long and I would watch the whole thing. I feel like I am watching a structured tv show on your channel. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Thank you Miriam. That was a MASTERCLASS in Interior Design. My focus on my home renovation was to add symmetry, functionality and spacial planning for maximising storage and space and to seamless connect and the garden and pool area with rhythm. This makes spaces feel bigger and luxurious. My architect are completely on the same page and respect each others skillset but help each other grow. Btw I am a professional industrial designer in the UK

    Specific and realistic.
And thanks for your words of encouragement that budget constraints don’t have to limit creative design.
Also, thank you for opening up your home to us again.

Very informative. What I have noticed with my own decorating is that one needs to move furniture around in order to find the way in which it best feels settled. I spent several weeks doing this with a new leather couch and ottoman (in buffalo skin). It was difficult to vary the options because I have two large pieces (mahogany Georgian-styled drinks cabinet and corner display cabinet) that could not be moved. Finally, after deciding to move a side table with large lamps on it to a new position, I was able to achieve a good solution and then it became obvious what else I needed to do to complete the picture. So, in conclusion, play around with your furniture and don't be afraid to move things out of a room. It seems that sometimes just a small variation achieves a lot.

Haha, this looked inviting, but my first thought of the 5 things would be....
#1 Have a lot of money
    #2 Have a large house
    #3 Repeat #1 ⬇️
    #4⬇️
    #5⬇️
    I'm sure it's great advice. 😊

A little story: Many years ago I bought a very large gold circular resin mirror (which I now have in my entrance hall). I later discovered that it was part of a set of many mirrors that were made for The Palace of the Lost City at Sun City (which you can google) and which was surplus for their needs.
