Great. I am a regular customer of fresh to home from Chennai. But, I want to project an end user (customer) opinion. Due to delay in delivery, we are not getting fresh items as per statement given here. They have to improve their supply chain or delivery systems. I have given several alerts to their customer care. But, there is no improvement as they are not brining those comments to their top management level. They are saving their colleagues & spoiling the goodwill / reputation of the group. കൊറോണ കാലത്തു പുതിയ പല സംരംഭകരും പാക്കിങ് വ്യാപാരത്തിൽ കടന്നു വരുന്നുണ്ട്.. പാക്കിങ് വ്യാപാരം ശരിയായ രീതിയിൽ നടന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ സർക്കാരിൽ നിന്ന് ഫൈൻ വരാൻ സാധ്യത കൂടുതൽ ആണ്. പുതിയ സംരംഭർക്ക് ഈ വിവരം ഉപകാരപ്പെടുമെന്നു വിചാരിക്കുന്നു
1) ഫുഡ് പാക്കിങ് ആണ് എങ്കിൽ ഫുഡ് ലൈസൻസ് (FSSAI) നിർബദ്ധമായും വേണം. ഫുഡ് അല്ലാത്ത വ്യാപാരത്തിന് ആ വ്യാപാരത്തിന്റെ ലൈസൻസ് വേണം
2) വീട് മേൽവിലാസത്തിലും പാക്കിങ് ലൈസൻസ് എടുക്കാം .. വീട് നിങ്ങളുടെയ് പേരിൽ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഒരു Non Objection Certificate വീട് ഉടമസ്ഥൻ ഒപ്പിട്ടു തരണം
3) Self Attested ഡിക്ലറേഷൻ അറേഞ്ച് ചെയ്യണം (പ്രതേക അപേക്ഷ ലഭ്യമാണ്)
4) കെട്ടിട നികുതി അടച്ച തെളിവ് ഹാജരാകണം
5) നിങ്ങൾ പാക്കിങ് ചെയ്യാൻ പോകുന്ന പ്രൊഡക്ടിന്റെ മുഴുവൻ വിവരങ്ങൾ സബ്മിറ്റ് ചെയ്യണം

8) അപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ കിട്ടി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ Legal Metrology ( District Officer)നിങ്ങളുടെയ് ബിസിനസ് സദർശനം ഉണ്ടാകും (90 ദിവസത്തിന് മുൻപ് ). ഈ സദർശനം ഓക്കേ ആണെകിൽ സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് 750 രൂപ ഫീസായി അടക്കണം
9) ഫീസ് അടച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ പെട്ടന്ന് രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിക്കും
10) ഈ റെജിസിട്രേഷന് കാലാവധി ഇല്ല . വ്യാപാരം ഉള്ള കാലത്തോളം നമുക്ക് ഈ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. ഓരോ വർഷം പുതുക്കേണ്ട
11) ഓർക്കുക രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ഇല്ലാതെ (അപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ കൊടുക്കാതെ) വ്യാപാരം ആരംഭിച്ചാൽ Legal Metrology ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റിന് ഫൈൻ അടിക്കാൻ അവകാശം ഉണ്ട്

ഷോപ് ആൻഡ് എസ്റ്റാബ്ലിഷ്മെന്റ് രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ !!
പലരും ബിസിനസ് മേഖലയിൽ കാൽ വക്കുന്നത് പല നിയമങ്ങളും അറിയതെയാണ് . ഇന്ന് നമുക്ക് ഷോപ് ആൻഡ് എസ്റ്റാബ്ലിഷ്മെന്റ് നിയമത്തെ കുറിച്ച് കുറച്ചു കാര്യങ്ങൾ ചർച്ച ചെയ്യാം.
ഈ നിയമ പ്രകാരം, എല്ലാ ബിസിനസ് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും , ഓഫീസും ഈ നിയമത്തിന്റെ പരിധിയിൽ രെജിസ്ട്രേറ്റർ ചെയ്യണം, രേങിസ്ട്രറേൻ ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് ബിസിനസ് തുടങി 30 ദിവസത്തിന് ഉള്ളിൽ.
രേങിസ്ട്രറേൻ കാലാവധി ഡിസംബർ മുതൽ നവംബർ വരെ ആണ് (എല്ലാവർഷവും), എല്ലാ വർഷവും നവംബർ മാസം (ഒരു മാസം മുൻപ് ) ഈ രേങിസ്ട്രറേൻ പുതുക്കണം.
ഈ നിയമ പ്രകാരം റെജിസ്ട്രർ ചെയ്യാൻ വീഴ്ച വന്നാൽ വ്യാപാര സ്ഥാപനം സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് പിഴ കൊടുക്കേണ്ടി വരും. ബിസിനസ് ലോൺ, സർക്കാർ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ, നിയമ പരിരക്ഷ, തുടങി കുറെ കാര്യങ്ങൾക്കു ഈ ലൈസൻസ് വ്യാപാരികൾക്ക് ഉപകാരപ്പെടും
ഈ ലൈസൻസ് എടുക്കുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് വ്യാപാരികൾക്കുള്ള ഗുണങ്ങൾ
1) നിയമാനുസ്യത വ്യാപാരത്തിന്റെ ലൈസൻസ്
2) ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ട് വളരെ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ തുറക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നു ഈ ലൈസൻസ് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ
3) സർക്കാർ പല അനുകൂല്യങ്ങളും ഈ ലൈസൻസ് ഉള്ളവർക്ക് കൊടുക്കാറുണ്ട്
4) സർക്കാർ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ ചെക്കിന് ഈ ലൈസൻസ് വ്യാപാരികൾക്ക് നിയമ സഹായം സഹായകമാകുന്നു
ഈ ലൈസൻസ് എടുക്കാൻ ആവശ്യമായ ഡോക്യൂമെന്റസ് :
A) വ്യാപാര ഉടമസ്ഥന്റെ ഫോട്ടോ, പാൻ കാർഡ് , ആധാർ കാർഡ്
B) വാടക എഗ്രിമെന്റ്
C) തൊഴിലാളികളുടെയ് വിവരങ്ങൾ
D) ബിൽഡിംഗ് ടാക്സ് അടച്ച റസീറ്റ്
E) വ്യാപാരത്തിന്റെ സ്വാഭാവം അനുസരിച്ചു സർക്കാർ ഫീസ് അടക്കണം
