I just love what you do.
Been watching a few of your videos (past 3-4 weeks of them) and appreciate your content and your demeanor.
Here are my suggestions of efficiencies and or ease of use, you touched upon one of them in this video.
Pre site: Use the HD 12-27 gallon tubs listed below, work off of your electronic reporting and make a stock needed per machine report in google sheets, pull the stock as shown by the stock needed report and fill said HD tubs, label the tubs on a per site / machine basis (you could even color code). Said report will also update another sheet that shows your stock on hand (at home) and reflect current stock in house.
On site: Get a rubbermaid tall cart or some other heavy duty cart with pneumatic wheels (best) or even possibly a dolly (probably not the most optimal), use HD black bottom / yellow top 12-27 gallon containers (they both stack upon one another @ costco), if a dolly then get a jack stand (restaurant supply) to hold these HD containers higher to allow for two handed stocking (when you stock sodas you actually use two hands vs one for snacks).
Use the above reporting to then make other reporting that shows the trends of what sells and what does not with hard numbers (you can only remember so much).

Just putting this out there. I know people use ad blockers and i wont judge you do you of course, I just wanna take a min to try and plead my case, Polar Bear is doing great thing by giving all ad rev from this video to help with Henry Sydow’s Medical, Recovery, and Rehab, so PLEASE please if you happen to be a ad blocker user please consider turning it off for this video at the very least. just came across your videos and I was wondering do you have a video on like how to get started and starter level machines like what machine to buy that doesn't cost too much and then upgrade from there.
I think you might sell more if you alternate sour/tropical skittles. That way if someone wants the one in the back, they’ll have to buy 2. Just a thought. Great video!

When you have more than one row of the same exact item, stack them vertically. Supermarkets do this all over.
Our eyes are attuned to see things horizontally and level to our viewing position. Not sure if I totally agree with this as it is dependent upon what vertical row you are doing the multiples on.

Big question i had for you PB have any your areas been asking for a Mountain Dew Called "Citrus Cherry" it looks like code red but it is way different it was recently discontinued cause it was a game fuel but then came back without game fuel logos on boxes or bottles, It is so so so good lol i literally had to go on e bay to find 12 packs of cans of it the stores in my area keep only stocking the 20 ounce bottles which really sucks cause its like 3 bottles for $5 when u can get 2 12 packs some stores for $4 each 12 pack,

I'm glad you are listening and doing color breaks, I have been in retail a long time and a grocery manager for a very large grocery chain, and it does make a difference you should be able to see, there are studies done about it in the industry. Also, you left Reece's next to kit kat, those are close in color and could have swapped the Hershey's with the Reece's for best color break. As well on that row you had a couple different dark candies next to each other on the right, that could have been mixed with the color packs on the left. Just input to help maximize your sales.
What is color break? I read about but it doesn’t make sense to me.
If I did vending machines I probably wouldn't make a lot of money. I'd probably only stock stuff I like and wouldn't be able to fill a machine without eating something.
No almond candy bars, no plain ol Lays chips, no cool ranch doritos. If you want a snack you get what I like. 😀
I hate those sour skittles, feels like someone sanding on your teeth but I Love them purple skittles. Too bad their in the back

Those drink machines can clog if you fill them too high. Best not to go over 3/4 to the top. The Hotel I worked had glass beer bottles in one of them and people would get multiple beers without taking them out first and the falling bottles would smash the ones already in the bottom. I tried putting a note on the machine but my boss took it off though.

I've got a question, this is probably my first time watching your videos so if it's been answered in another video, ope.
If someone gets 2-for-1 or more where they put in, say, $1 for a bag of chips and it gets stuck and needs to wind again and two bags come out, do you just write that lost bag off? Or if you've seen that happens more often on one item than others would you remove that one item? Happened at work some really lightweight chip bag keeps getting stuck at the top/stuck on the next row up and there's been some 4-for-1 jackpots recently.
