For some reason I'm in the mood to watch vending machine fill-ups and payouts. I searched and found yours. Unfortunately you haven't posted anything for 4 years and I know nothing about you. Thank you for the content you have provided. I hope you are doing well with whatever you are doing now. 100 grand bars are an orgasmic pleasure of mine. TMI. I love them. They are the best things in the entire world. Milkyways are a VERY close number 1 as well.

Can't leave us hanging. What's the new hustle? Even just a quick description.
Sad to see you leave the active side of vending. That's what I came to the channel for. Guess it's called "progress".

I don't mean to be a ball buster, but he did all right. but i would have taken the money out last, that way you can keep an eye on the money and not put it behind your back where you can not see it and someone can take it. and no not all people are honest and he should load from the back to the front it is easier that way. just saying.

Welcome Back, Jamie. Yeah it's been crazy here in Australia too. Our office vending machines were left empty as we were closed for access. I ended up refilling the machines for him as looked on from afar. Nothing is impossible if you apply yourself but are willing to adapt to suit the situation. Congrats on your progress, so far.

Hi, just curious why you still use vendsoft when the Nayax system can do all the work when you pre kit instead of recounting all the time when you fill the machine up?

If you have a compatible circuit board in the vending machine with Nayax reader it will show the credit card total as well as the cash total. You'll have the physical money the employee returns with for the location. You can then compare that with the Nayax report . Fairly accurate as long as you have the appx. time of day the machine was serviced. If the snack circuit board doesn't count cash then you can compare the soda readout which always gives a cash count and adjust your expectations.

yeah Coke cola has me limited on sprite and barq's root beer I can only get 5 cases each a month and I spoke to my location and it because they can't/won't guarantee me that they can get me more than that a month as they generally don't carry Barq's there's only 2 grocery stores within my county that order it and that Sprite is to high demand. kind annoys me as I can't carry Sprite in any of my machines pretty much and can only run Barg's in one location of my 21

    Hi,
If i may add some value to your operation:
For security and safety reasons, Both you and you employee need to get out of the habit of simply placing money bags on anything and everything before or after collecting money.
You turn to collect money from one machine and place the money bag on your containers or the concrete platform opposite the machine. You do this in many videos and on other sites.
In other video's you collect money and you simply throw the bag between the car seats and go back inside.
That is very bad handling of money and very bad security awareness on your part.
Get into the habit of securing money o your person and then transferring it into a secondary safe location off camera in your vehicle or other if at all.
Its ok and all good for you to share and inspire people by showing collections, but don't ignore the security element of being public.
If you don't get out of these habits, one days someone will walk past you and pick up your money bag or look into your van for an opportunity. More so if they follow your channel or out of simply noticing that you run a vending company.
Secure money bags, handle with care and consideration regardless of how safe you feel in that clients space or regardless of how many camera's they have going. Secure the bag. That is standard money handling protocol which you need to use in your business. It applies to you and your employees. It should be part of your training if you employ new people.
You should always think of and mitigate various aspects of safety and security risks.
    I hope it helps.

  • @tonsofpudge

I’m not too far into the video yet but first thing I noticed was he removed the money out of the first machine and put it into the wallet then left it out of his control (potential theft)

Are you still in the vending machine business? I know COVID has been a nightmare. At least the vaccine is out now. I'm sure this virus has taken a toll on your business. Just curious if you are still doing it at all now.
