What does he mean "when to tech" at around 3 minutes. He says jump ins assist and level 3 but I don't know what he's getting at. Is he saying when to use a dragon rush a button or a down heavy? Because those are the things he was talking about before hand. I'm confused After watching a few times I think he's saying 'tech' (choice of counter options) when they do any of those things (air dash assist or level 3) . It's just strange because he gets hit by all 3 :)

Wouldn’t delay buttons get you combo’d if they press buttons due to the blockstun?
If you know they're mashing, you can delay for a few frames and you can catch them mid startup. Eg any of Hit's combo to 236LL.
I don't understand if you react with an L you have a seven frame window but which part of the the 24 frame animation is that 7 frame window?

He’s talking about common situations to look for your opponents throw. Conversely they are good situations to try and throw your opponent.
