My first race after doing The Grade. Maybe the weekend was to rough on me, but this did not go as expected on stage 3 of the Sea Breeze.

Valiant effort. Just keep trying. You stayed in the front pack for the majority of the race. Next time don't push so hard to be in the front of the race, so you have energy left in the end when it turns spicy

You are right. I had an opposite race this Saturday where I felt like I had to push on the hills to see if I could shake some riders from the frontgroup. So spot on, its a fine line between when to preserve your strength and when to try push. 💪👍😎
