This reminds me of watching my sister play Mystical Ninja Goemon on the N64. It was so alien to us (like we got none of it) but I really dug the vibe.
It gives me the vibes of Goemon series. And the VA of the protagonist... Isn't Junko Noda, who voiced Naruto?
