Hi Eric, is there a big difference in the diamond factory bezel on between the 40mm 228348 and the 41mm 218348 in person (i haven't seen a 218348 diamond bezel in 8 years) ? I just got a 40mm 228348 and haven't even took the plastic off because I'm not to sure about the diamond bezel. Something seems off about it. It's almost like there's to much gold around the perimeter. Like, they should of made the diamonds bigger to take up more space and not have as much gold showing. Can you get a 218348 or possibly know someone that is selling one? Thanks

Ref 16750..- last week I just purchased the new 2020 Rolex two tone sub, black face. Ref -126613LN-Mayors... The new 2020 sub size is perfect. Yes the band is a little wider. The face markers are larger dots too. The black Ceramic bezel shines. I have a few other Rolex watches and love this one the best. You should review this watch on your channel.

Just got the new 41 sub black date. You don’t notice the larger size bracelet or clasp when wearing it. Comparing it side by side to last years model you can see the difference. No complaints on the new design. Love the smaller shoulders. Makes it look more traditional. I didn’t like the maxi case as much as I like this new one.

There is a spann today, say between 40-44 mm for sports/diver watches, where they still can be worn properly by most men, without looking totally weird. I would say, they want to go the opposite direction to others that may going smaller. By increasing the Submariner line up to 41mm, you embark on this journey for your complete suite of sports/diver watches. A thrilling thought I would like anyone to comment upon would be - due to the sub increase to 41mm, can we expect considerations to increase GMT Master II (or new Master III line) to become 42 mm, the Sea Dweller is perfect on 43 mm ending with the James Cameron DS SD at 44mm ..

You guy may not notice that Rolex re-releases white roman numeral dial for day date 36mm in white and yellow gold version. Last year, i was kinda sad when they cut out that dial for new day date 36mm and this re release is so welcome. I hope they gonna add back the 36mm platinum version and black roman dial as well.
Good thing is that the bracelet of the Sub now is 21mm so there will be more aftermarket straps available soon that will also fit the 216570. So far 21mm hasn’t really been a very popular size for strapmakers.
And the Sub date and no date have now a power reserve of 70 hours, which is roughly 1 day more than before. OP 41 now share the same caliber as the Sub no date
