you’re like the gold standard to me when it comes to attention to details in car detailing. and i love the fact that you’re so passionate about it too which makes your work will always be on whole nother level
Anyone else remember when he had to run work out of a van? So glad to see how far you've come. I have been subscribed since 20k subscribers. You're awesome! Keep up the hard work!
BMW mechanic here! Yes shock failure can happen a lot with shocks that use rubber to hold fluid. And it looks like that greasy oil is definitely shock hydraulic fluid
@@Desmo937 got an E46 325ci, used as a drift car before, on 170k miles, never had an issue with the rear diff or really anything in the rear, just replaced the clutch, came out as dust 👀😅
Most underrated part of this video was your music choice. It's a detailing video, which is more relaxing than a repair video, so having a relaxing soundtrack in the back is just super nice compared to a lot of people who will tend to put some rock 'n' roll or metal over their car videos. Great work!
“Unravel the bird’s nest in your head.” Brilliant! I totally agree. Attention to detail will do that. I love these videos, whether bringing an old Mercedes Benz back to life, or a Doodlebug, or a multi million dollar hypercar. You make the internet shine, like we all hoped it would in the beginning.
It’s rare to hear “daily driven” and Lambo in the same sentence, but dang! Bru, you are epic and the work you do is out of control. Thanks for being you.
Larry, as always, amazing talent, amazing knowledge, amazing video/editing. Such a joy with an abundance of relaxation when watching your videos. The car world is indebted to you.
You guys do incredible work, you definitely earn your money. I love watching these videos and the reactions of the car owners when they see the end results !!!
When I am stressed and anxious, your videos are a wonderful way to calm down, and enjoy the pleasure of your skills and attention to everything. Thank you
There is always a gold standard to people in this line of work... you are even above that level of quality, approach, workmanship and final product. Top-Shelf ALWAYS. You certainly deserve all the praise you get from the viewers who respect you so much.
Right on point about clearing your head and untangling thoughts when detailing, It's so therapeutic and as you said it can lead to so much more than simply cleaning your car. Fantastic job Larry. Thanks for the insights and tips. Enjoyed it as usual. 👍
Larry, I’ve seen this in a few other videos, when you are loosening lug bolts/nuts try not to pull up on the breaker bar when loosening. It’s a recipe for potential hernia. You always want to push on any fastener to try and break it loose. Just think about when your torque them back on. Same thing just opposite direction.
When you were polishing the black trim on the engine cover, oh my god, I was so fixated on the shine of that red. Absolutely stunning job. It looked so beautiful even over youtube, I can only imagine the look of it in person.
Candy Red is probably my favorite color on a sporty car. This looks STUNNING. One request - let's get some more gratuitous "beauty shots" on the reveals from different angles, etc. Your work is amazing, and the finished products are truly gawk-worthy!
Man you knocked it out of the park again! Phenomenal job and yes i do agree detailing is therapeutic and hopefully one day I could part with my crappy job (used to love working with the elderly but Covid crap just added SO MUCH STRESS lol) and get something detailing. One person at work today was asking if there was anyone i would love to work for and you were on the top of the short list which is the best compliment i can ever give. Keep up the great work and looking forward to the next one!
I did some detailing for with a friend a while back. We used the same compounds and machines ( Blue/yellow Rupes compound, same blue/yellow pads) ( and many more ) When we used this combination, we got small swirls, even after the yellow pad, which was not seen with the ( not regular) LED Lights, but with the phone LED. Don't ask me why but you can only see it with the phone's LED Light. Next time when you polish with the yellow pad and the yellow compound, shine your phone's led on it and see for yourself, do the 50/50 trick. The paint with the regular LED light looked great. It was essential in finding these swirls. We then used another compound which was in a Sprayable container, we sprayed it on a white pad. ( I cannot remember which one ) This white pad with the sprayable compound made the paint perfect. It removed those small swirls. I love these videos. Thank you for bringing back memories.
probably one of the best looking supercars…… and that V10 sound is just magical! Actually had a Gallardo as a car for my wedding, really enjoyed driving that car.
Love the intricacy and precision you have to your art of detailing. As you mentioned, cleaning a car is so much more then cleaning, its therapy. Amazing video, amazing content. Love the outro of the 5.0 Litre V10 just roaring, that’s just genius! Lol
I agree entirely its like a Zen moment when you are so focused and as you suggest I have solved many problems whilst working on my cars. As always Stella result, thanks Andrew
Loved this video, showed one of my new staff members to show him some tips! Quick tip for removing PPF - grab some micro fibers, put them on the panel then pour hot water on them and let them sit. This will really heat the film up and make it super easy to remove as it allows the hot water to sit on the PPF longer. Thanks for all your work over the years! Saad
Zen and the art of detailing your car. That was good insight and why I like turning wrenches on my cars (need to do more detailing…). It’s a good way to zone out and focus on a positive activity rather than sit and think about negatives (job stress, etc)
I have next to no interest in supercars, but you are so cool and the before/after effect is so satisfying that I keep coming back for sheer relaxation.
01:52 bro was literally bullfighting that suspension. Jokes aside great work as always. It is also so refreshing to see a supercar that's actually driven and not just put aside to storage where it wastes away (I came from watching that 300+ car barn find video).
Been watching your videos... Editing, content, energy, narrating.. great videos. The 280Z was dope too. My dad had one. I shared that to him. Keep the videos going!! I love detailing cars. But your next level.
Another awesome video Larry! Loving the music too. BTW the Reflex / Reboot combo is a big hit with my customers, thanks for pumping out the fantastic products
Thoroughly enjoyed this video. The editing, the music, the content…was very therapeutic! Hopefully one day I can get that level of detail done to my R8 Spyder after I peel off my liquid wrap. Keep up the great work Larry!! 😎🤙🏼
What a stunning color and video Larry! What I actually enjoyed most during the video was the music. You really stepped up your game in that regard and that has a huge effect on the whole content! Talking about framing 😉 putting the right subtle background music to even make the picture pop more! Congrats!
Got to pick up one of those eraser wheels for a drill on Amazon. Works really well on getting the stuff left on the rim from stick on wheel weights and I haven’t spotted any damaged from using it. I’ve also cleanly removed pinstripes with it where my plastic blade would leave scratches. I’m sure it would help with the badge adhesive too!
I really enjoyed this video. I love EVERY single AMMO video but this one was super enjoyable. Phenomenal work Larry and I hope God continues to bless you! Thank you!
One of the nicest colours of any car ever ! You do an excellent, quality job Larry and just like in life the passion for it is what makes the difference.
If I had to describe Larry in a few words, I'd say he's a obsessive compulsive meticulous detailer. His attention to detail is unmatched. Love watching your detailing vids m8! 👍
Amazing video, you're my new favorite detailer on YT. Your approach is very different in the sense that you talk about chemicals and fighting specific types of dirt with the correct tools. Focus is on the customer which showed especially towards the end where you had him put on his own emblem. Just great. Hoping to learn a lot from you.
I enjoy watching your videos of Daily Drivers as they appeal more to me. I do like the videos of all the super/hyper cars and barn find first washes but the daily driver videos make me want to get out there and detail my rides
Letting the customer badge it was a great touch and just another reason why you are the best
I love you
@@lamontreb7675 I love both of you. And Larry.

Yes! Especially when he put it on warped… lol but seriously that’s cool

Didn't even need to get 3 seconds into the video to like it. Stunning red colour.
Dang you waited 3 seconds??? Lol
You’re attention to detail is incredible you’re definitely the best detailer on yt
Thx for the kind words :)
I also recommend White Details

100% I agree!

Lol
Oh yes! 😉
Larry's hair?

Anyone else remember when he had to run work out of a van? So glad to see how far you've come. I have been subscribed since 20k subscribers. You're awesome! Keep up the hard work!
The "drive-by" at the end was ALMOST as impressive as the detail!! Absolute mastery!! 💎
Love that sound, I played that part like 30 times already....
BMW mechanic here! Yes shock failure can happen a lot with shocks that use rubber to hold fluid. And it looks like that greasy oil is definitely shock hydraulic fluid
Yo why do so many Bmw have problem with the rear axle/ rear differential? Had to replace it on my E46 weeks after I bought it, is that common?
@@Desmo937 depends on the mileage, age and maintenance, I haven’t really seen any diffs needed to be replaced
@@Desmo937 no

Very true.. washing my truck and Buick every weekend is my therapy!
happy to say the therapeutic nature of cleaning cars transfers well into these videos 😄

That's clever!
And also go slowly and smoothly with the torque wrench and stop as soon as it clicks, not like 15 degrees afterwards.
Or you add an extender or pipe over breaker bar to give you more length/leverage. Far easier and low risk of injuring oneself.
Dude it’s therapeutic watching your videos. Thank you. 😊❤
