Just a tip even if you get a high end character that’s not the featured high end character you DO NOT have to reset the pipe. If you read in the pipe details it states the 3 high end items will ALWAYS be in the pipe and available no matter what you pull. That logic only apples to past high end characters and items.
As a free2play, I am now in tier 17 and lvl 22 I spent 0$ and got 300 coins and maximum amount of points each day. I have 1 high end spotlight and 0 high end :').

It's called "Game Tools", I believe it's a Samsung thing if your phone or tablet is Android 7.0 or above. Basically, whenever you open a game, there is a little d-pad on the bottom left corner, you tap that, and then a menu pops up which includes a record button.
I'm in tier 12 and have not spent a cent on this game. It depends on how motivated you are in playing the game. One of the more frustrating and unfairer moments I had when playing this game is when certain track gives frenzies to high-end characters. I normally spend 45-90 rubies per tour and I only got 1 high-end character after one and a half months into the game. In the beginning, I focus a lot of my money spending on getting all the drivers since I will have a higher chance of getting a frenzy that will increase my bonus and score. I would probably suggest spending your coins towards gliders since they have a more added bonus.
Didn’t see Paris and chef shy guy coming? There is thing called Twitter and around sept 15, before the game was even released, Nintendo released a trailer that showcased New York, Tokyo and Paris as tours. They also showed clips of shy guy chef. Peach vacation is one they did not show.
I got the Peach Vacation on my first pull that I didn’t even pay for lmfao. I always get lucky with the peach ones. But not the others. I’m ok with it because I love Paris so as long as I got something from it I’m happy/
Amelia Sicko you have a chance to get all 100 items again, so you can potentially get 2 vacation peach. If you don’t reset, if you get one high end car for example, you cannot get any other high end car besides the spotlight. You will see % change to zero.
If I didn't spend anything on Mario Kart Tour, I could have bought a used 1998 Honda Civic. But at least I got cars in the game.
