@@Krauser8882 that is true, I know the KH community will get divided over anything to be honest. I'll never forget when people were at each others throats about BbS KH.
I loved kh3, it was a good ending to dark seeker saga with an incredible cliffhanger I think the major problem for everyone who disliked was the lack of FF character ( even it was pre-stabilished that they won't appear) and it seems like everyone setted a high expectation, and expectations too high generally ruin every experience, because is easy to the history don't meet someone's expectations
It was a solid game, had a lot of wasted potential world story wise and bad pacing though! I felt that allowing each character to finish their individual stories thoughout the worlds, like vanitas vs ventus at monstropolis or have scala el caelm be playable earlier on as a mid point to expand keyblade lore and Xehanort's character. I also think the character interactions are weird like they are bunch of strangers with one shared friend and enemy , not really a unified team. Which is why I think everyone over exaggerated their opinions as this game was so long waited.
Second Form is a somber that this series will be what it used to be. Even IF the Osaka staff wanted to make games like the OG staff used to, which I'm not so sure they do, they can't replicate that sort of thing. They don't seem to understand how balancing gameplay works. Heck, Nomura doesn't seem like he understands it all that well himself, or if he does, he doesn't seem to care enough to get the mensage across to the rest of the staff...
Kh1 secret boss: Oh god damn it! This guy has a lot of hp Kh2 secret boss: HOLY CRAP! this is the toughest challenge ever Kh3 secret boss: Huh, wait this is the secret boss?

But Design wise, This is a way more fun fight than most of the Optional Bosses from DDD and BBS, I'd say its around the same level as KH2 Sephiroth in fair boss fight that is fun & challenging but not too difficult, just not exactly the same level as say Phantom Aqua or Lingering Will / Terra.

Hey Stickman just thought id let you know that you're missing 2 hp upgrades, final hp for a Wisdom build should be 250. You probably missed the one for collecting 333 soras in the final world. Just thought id mention it
in this fight, if u immediately do an airstep towards him and attack, u get a free combo since he staggers for some reason. As long as u attack him before his "jump back" animation ends, he'll stagger. 😉 it saves a second or two for the beginning.
I really like that multiple strategies are actually viable against this boss. They may have made the game overall too easy but the boss design is way better than BBS.
I fought this boss before doing most of the post-game stuff just to see how hard he would kick my ass, and ended up beating him first try. Keep in mind I didn't prep at all. Ariel and Rage Form are just SO broken that you don't even need to learn the bosses moves to beat him, which isn't hard anyways since he only has like three. If they had critical mode than the game would probably have been more balanced. And if they didn’t have asspulls like “I need to get to the realm of darkness.
