Gond Ke Ladoo is a very healthy and warm recipe that is specially prepared during winter. This winter recipe helps to increase the immune system and provide nutrients required during the winter season.
Gond Ke Ladoo Ingredients -
1/3 cup Edible Gum Gond
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp Melon Seeds
2 tbsp Poppy Seeds
2 tbsp Pistachios (sliced)
2 tbsp Almonds (sliced)
2 tbsp Cashew Nuts (chopped)
3 tbsp Dry Coconut (grated)
1 & 1/2 tbsp Ghee
1 cup Fox Nuts / Makhana (chopped)
4-5 tbsp Ghee
1 cup Wheat Flour
1 & 1/2 tbsp Ghee
1 & 1/2 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp Nutmeg Powder
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 & 1/4 Powdered Sugar (sift)
Pistachio Flakes

Laddu or laddoo or avinsh is a sphere-shaped sweet originating from the Indian subcontinent. Laddus are primarily made from flour, fat (ghee/butter/oil) and sugar. Laddus are often made of gram flour but can also be made with semolina.[1] Sometimes ingredients such as chopped nuts and/or dried raisins are also added. The type of ingredients used may vary by recipe.
In India, these are traditionally given to lactating mothers as they help in the production of milk. These laddus are called dinkache ladoo in Marathi and gond ka laddu in Hindi. The main ingredient is gum arabic which is collected from the babhul tree. Other ingredients include coconut, almonds, cashews, dates, spices such as nutmeg and cardamom, poppy seeds, ghee, and sugar.
An alternative multigrain recipe will have a portion of gum replaced by grains and legume flours such as besan, urid, ragi (nachani in Marathi) and wheat. |

I make this recipe and it came out excellent.
This recipe is very good. I made laddus today following this recipe and they turned out very good. I find this healthy as it lots of nuts and other ingredients and very little flour.

You should take a kadai or deep bottom vessel.Ghee should be very hot then reduce the flame
