Hear My Train A Comin' solo slide guitar

I got Jimi's solo acoustic 12-string version of this song stuck in my head today and felt like doing an arrangement of it.
I am playing a First Act Paul Westerberg signature with a Tele pickup in the bridge position, tuned to open C with .016-.056 gauge flatwounds. I am using a Danelectro Cool Cat Vibe pedal for the Uni-Vibe sound.

I take each guitar on a case-by-case basis, but my "usual slide treatment" is to 1) shim the nut higher with business card stock (usually two thicknesses) 2) either set the saddles in a straight line (no radius) and raised or make a lap steel-style saddle (one piece, non adjustable) out of 5/16 or 3/8 unthreaded steel rod and 3) heavy strings, typically flatwounds on electrics for me lately. For open E and Em7 I use .015 - .052 and for open D/G/C/Eb/Dm7 I use .016 - .056.

i haven't determined which vid I like the most, but dude...please get some vids on how to do these mods. I'm hurtin for a cheapo slide axe and you seem to have a great deal of knowledge to share. No clue how you aren't blown up yet man...awesome sound, awesome soul, just fricken awesome

Thanks! I just did an update version of this arrangement on lap steel. It's on my Soundcloud, which I have a link to on my channel page. And yes, the lower tunings are great. I'm a big fan of open C#.

Bro do you think you could tab this so I could beret learn it. I have an old cheapy guitar that I've owned...that's owned me since I was 17. I don't know if it's me but she sounds better since the day my pop gave her to me. Fat strings open g and you can feel her growl. Let me know of the tabs please.
