- Join me as I review Qantas Business Class on a Long Haul flight from Singapore to Melbourne. Overall, a very pleasant flight with Qantas. I really appreciated the kind and professional crew who were constantly going out of their way to help the passengers out. The customer service manager was particularly great to talk to about all things aviation. Enjoy!

I enjoyed the video. Thanks. Maybe the first meal wasn't the best, but it looked WAY better than the bangers and mash Qantas served me on a flight that left Honolulu for Sydney at 1am. That was the worst business class meal I'd ever eaten, and I have flown over 3 million miles. I will spare you the details of how long it took my stomach to recover. That's what I got for trying to save my client USD1,100 by connecting through Honolulu instead of flying LAX to Sydney direct. Never made that mistake again.
Doesn't sound like much fun. Mine was nothing compared to that! Have heard my fair share of Qantas catering horror stories.. this one is pretty bad. Sorry that happened to you.
The catering was not the end of the story. The Sydney airport was fogged in when we got there, so they sent us up to Cairn, where we sat on the ground for over an hour.before finally being cleared into Sydney. That added 4 hours to the flight. Not Qantas fault, but that flight got added to my list of flights from hell.

The seats look nice for a short haul international flight but as always it seems the food on Qantas business that lets it down. You get better in some airlines Premium economy. Very average, SQ is far better.

Hey NYA, just discovered your videos. I like how you conduct your reviews, to the point and professional. I’m a frequent visitor to Australia and until now it’s been economy every time but I’m in the position now to move up to business class. Have you considered that a big percentage of BC travellers are couples? It looks like travelling in the middle seats would be a different experience to window seat flying. Would you consider doing a review from the middle aisles or even just trying to get some footage of empty seats?
I agree Singapore airlines much better for service and staff friendly ness .i miss the lunch time satay’s with peanut sauce yum yum
I see some of the comments keep comparing Qantas wtih Singapore Airlines. Personally I find SQ a very overrated airline. My experience with Qantas recently wasn't that bad and in fact the in-flight service on both SIN-LHR and LHR-SIN was better than my SIN-FRA flight with SQ. However, I do agree that the hardware on SQ is better but hey, these A330 will eventually be replaced by the 787-10 so hopefully the hardware will be better.
Well. From my point of view i think that Qantas needs a fresh up. That matress there was all for a cozy business rest ? Hmm. Further more that food didn't look that great. And how about a new hard product ? The new A 330neo with quieter engines and modern cabin interiour. Just a proposal....

Recently travelled this route with Qantas same aircraft.
No where near standards of, Singapore Airlines, Qatar, way way waaaay behind, Emirates waaaay behind, that includes cabin crew. Never never never again!! Qantas = HOPELESS!!!!

when using the ottoman take off your shoes. I dont like it i think its disrespectful and do people lay on their couch with shoes on?
Put a napkin or some cover on it. They never clean those things.
