Love seeing the Junghans coverage. Went into a local dealer looking at an Omega; walked out with a Junghans Chronoscope. It’s so visually deep in person, and that dial:bezel ratio is unmatched.
This, but with the white dial, is my everyday watch. It's fabulous and does get admiring comments about it's look and general aesthetic. One little point I'd add though is a couple of little details, like that subdial at 6 being scalloped in, and the second and minute hand curving down at their ends to match the curve of the perspex glass.
This “German” minimalist style is next on my list. I’ve been searching this brand as well as Nomos and GO. The Omega DeVille was an initial consideration but I decided to pursue a “German” brand. This is a fine watch with excellent complications for the price. Another great video - thanks Teddy.
The functionality and dimensions of this watch are perfect to me. No clutter, easy to read from any angle, beautiful domed crystal and a gorgeous dial. The only thing lacking is the clunky movement and power reserve (at least the movement is accurate though)
Hi Teddy. Thanks gor another great review. Does this watch comme with the rattle sound you get in max bill watches? I own one MB and although I love it, I think it's something important to know. It might be a nasty surprise if you don't expect it
Great video, Teddy! Can anyone recommend a moonphase under 40mm? I feel like the moonphase complication lends itself to more dressy watches, yet a majority of them are 40mm or above.
Those Junghans are amazing! One day I will have a Max Bill manual/automatic with milanese strap. Unfortunately they don't sell in my country :( But I have only six hours driving to Hamburg :)
Hey Teddy! Pls review Titoni Impetus watch which is with integrated bracelet with Genta's vibe . And it has ETA 2892-a2 caibre under 1300 Euros. The finish in the watch is top notch for the price and it looks similar to Nautilus watch. About the brand Titoni, it is one of the independent 3rd gen family owned swiss watch manufacturers etarted in 1919 at Grenchen Switzerland. All the watches are almost mechanical and all are very reliable. Please do a review for its Impetus collection.
Quite a pretty watch. Might like it a bit more if it was a wee bit smaller in diameter. Also, I can't help but see a screaming face in that dial, between the day/month windows and that date subdial.

yeah, it looks more like a robot face to me. But still very beautiful. :D so i don't care. you can see faces everywhere... laptops, washing machines, cars. it's a trick of the brain.

I once owned a solar powered 300 euros Junghans. 10 years later, it stopped working and I brought it to the jeweler I got it from. Junghans apparently offered to repair it for 290 euros. That day Junghans lost me as a customer forever.
Junghans does make a great product. In an age of flash and bling, Junghans stays true to simple, beautiful elegance.
