The design and the animation are PERFECT like the comics. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the plot of the animated movie,in particular how Morticia talk to Wednesday,them two... Morticia would never say to her daughter that she can't be what she wants.

The tv channel put it only after 12 because it was already an old show (I watched it in the 2000s) and they assumed only adults would be watching it. I love that show. They can make lots of remakes but none compare to the original.

One detail the 2019 version got wrong, the original 1964 "Thing" was a right hand, not a left. By the angle of both "Thing" cut scenes, 1964 version shows a right hand while 2019 shows a left. Little details always bring a bigger picture.
