    Living with Health Anxiety you are so brave. This video . I found it by accident. And I am so grateful for you bravery. I totally identify with your racing thoughts and you know its silly and destroys your whole day if you let it. You are amazing. Please read a book if you have the chance. Self compassion by Kristin Neff. It explains how to self talk and still fix the things you fear with out creating anxiety about it. Thank you.

    I have racing thoughts all the time. It got to the place where I couldn't work full time because of it. I have to worry about money all the time now due to my anxiety. I've had it for 50 years now and always thought there was no need to seek help. Huh, now I think maybe I should have. My parents always tried to get to but I refused. I drove them batty with my constant health issues. I still suffer from them today but I think it's a little better than it was 30 years ago. I guess it's due to the fact that my fun is over, I'm divorced due to health anxiety, I've been thru everything in my life that back 30-35 years ago I hadn't yet. It's probably that I just don't care anymore but are still scared of the "What If" theory over it. And never think your alone. There's millions of us out there that suffer from this.
