- JW3 building in London, we learn its a Jewish Community centre, hence the crazy security. Auditing Britain was arrested here for filming. So decided to take the drone over, building manager literally has a meltdown.

Nah, it's just a community centre. It's Islington Police Station that needs the auditors cos that's where the real bad guys hang out! ...The uniformed thugs masquerading as police officers - At least SEVEN of them - took on AB just because he refused to ID himself and their egos couldn't handle it.
These cops are civil servants paid by the taxpayer to serve and protect the public.

Security drones on the front gate put on their NEW face masks when they saw the camera. They obviously look suspicious and have something to hide .... I'm off to call the Police. ... In the meantime other Auditors wishing to film at this location, please form an orderly queue.

Irony is that AB was there BEFORE what happened on October 7th. All would be better if the security behaved with some decency and communicated better. SIA cards seem to set off the hostility.

But according to auditors, these sub 250g drones can't hurt anyone if they fall on your head, so there are no health and safety issues here. 😉
@@ShinyHelmet Drones can cause injury, even sub 250, yes. But that's not where the risk is; the risk is, how likely is it that it's going to fall on a person? If it's a 1 in a billion chance, then the risk is extremely low. The chance somebody trips and breaks their wrist is bigger, so which is a larger risk? Yet, the building manager is happy to live with the larger risk, but gets in a panic when there's a minimal risk. Him interfering with the operator, whilst not illegal, actually increased the risk, so who's concerned about safety if you're willing to increase the risk just to make a point?
It is not an H&S risk. He has no idea about safety.

I can see drones being banned soon. at least flying them like that. maybe there is already something in law such as being a nuisance. if someone was doing to that to "my" building, id get annoyed pretty quickly. its a tight space, you can blatantly see inside. the law is the law, and then there is being a cunt.

Didn’t a judge already rule that below 500ft can be considered part of the building so you could bring a civil trespass case if you’re under that height. Then you have drones limited to 400ft which means you can’t actually take your drone high enough to be safe from civil trespass.

I will bet any amount of money there's not a single holocaust survivor in that building. There's only about 200,000 of them on the entire planet, and over 75% live in Israel. The number in the entire UK is likely less than 100.

There are strict rules on the use of handcuffs and what you have described is blatant misuse of them and, possibly, improper exercise of police powers, also.

You left that hovering above the building whilst you talk to the manager and walked up the road and then round the corner, following him and engaging with him. Meanwhile, your drone was hovering, and you wasn’t even looking at it at all, during that time that is irresponsible.
It is my building bring it down that guy has no manners just lies you need risk assessment etc He is just a rude guy as for badges that touched a nerve so it will require a lot more Auditors to visit to educate and check for badges. Lets see if security are leagle and this will also educate them on the law regarding filming in public.

It constantly shocks me that organisations do not provide any training or education to security staff and / or building managers as to the extent of their jurisdiction regards Photography, Videography and Drone Laws in UK. They are left to squirm over the rights and wrongs about it whereas with some education they would be equipped to deal with it where necessary. Perhaps they are educated...... but choose to push the boundaries.
