Thank you! At the last layer when orienting the final pieces, I would always do a single algorithm over and over from different angles until every piece was facing the right way. Your way is so much quicker!

Yea so on the normal 3x3 that would look like two headlights or two blinkers. You will simply need to use the beginners method (R U R' U') to orient them
Well ideally you should have fixed them before your initial cross, but you can flip centers with "white" on bottom, rotating the right side center by performing the following algorithm: R2 U2 R U2 R2 Hopefully it should kind of make sense what I'm doing so you can just make up moves on your own to fix them.

Be patient and figure out what edges are oriented. Then use the correct algorithm for that case (F R U R' U' F'), (f R U R' U' f'), (F R U R' U' S R U R' U' f')
I don't know much about how to set up line cases, I found it easier just to learn the dot and L case algs so I could always do it in one step. (If you really want to get advanced you can learn the 50+ cases to orient corners and edges)
I noticed ,that this cube is solved in the same way as master morphix. Fortunately i have that cube too. And finally i find out how to solve last layer!

eliyahu kuperman I agree that the Megaminx is less mentally taxing, but the axis cube is still a good puzzle to learn. You will be able to solve just about any shape mod after you learn it

my centers are not aligning when solving the middle layer after solving the first layer
After the first layer is done, one could also do the U2 R2 adjustment method for the corners.
That's what I do in my ghost cube vid, but on the axis it's easy enough to fix the first five centers during the cross

You have a corner that need to be turned 90°? That doesn't make sense. Corners can only be turned in intervals of 120°

First of all visualize it like a normal 3x3. You can simply move it into the top layer (F2) then sledge hammer it in (R F R')

If your cube is all one color, then that is not an axis cube. I think you have a ghost cube

I've solved a couple 4x4 shape mods, they very difficult, because the centers have permutation. So there's a few more algs to learn to fix centers
