If anyone is interested, that things that he showed 3:03 is wallpaper scrapper. I have been using in the restaurant too for scrapping burger. 2:00 yes, if you over-smached it will get dry soon. But, he is wrong, it's not gonna be raw if you under-smached it. It just you won't get the crust you were expected.
When i lived in manchester i avoided this place as it uses the suffix “ism” which when attached to restaurants i associate with branding over quality. HOWEVER after watching this i see the error of my ways and have to amend my rule
