Trying out a full face of Clinique's Black Honey makeup today. What do you think? Do these colours suit my skin tone/hair colour? Are you a Black Honey fan? Let me know what other makeup palettes/tutorials/colours/brands you would like me to try! ⬇
Very pretty! With all the new brands out there now, I think that Clinique has been forgotten about a bit. Too bad because as you showed, they have some really good quality products. I remember the original black honey lipstick and recently bought the Almost Lipstick as well as the blush in Black Honey Pop. I’m very fair so was a little nervous about the blush as it looks very dark in the pot but it is quite sheer so I’m very happy with it. Keen to try the eyeliner you used. 😊
I agree - that with the "shiny and new" brands; sometimes brands like Clinique can be forgotten about. I love that their skincare is all fragrance free, that they have in-house R&D, and their iconic products (like honey black) have stood the test of time and trends 💞
Happy Sunday Gorgeous! I love, love the look you created! That collection is so pretty and looks stunning on you! Thanks for reviewing! Have a great day and week ahead! ❤😘
I also didn't realize they had so many black honey products! I have been such a long time fan of the lipstick, it never occurred to me to see if they had other things 🤪
Ha! Thank you, well - my goal for 2025 and my content is to improve my makeup skills with practice.... so let's look back on this video one year from now and see how far I have come 🤣
Love that look. I’ve been using black honey lip gloss for at least 25 years! It first appeared in a little pot, then became the almost lipstick tube. Don,t know what I would do without it.
Clinique is such an iconic brand, and some of their products (like that lipstick) have such memories attached to it. For me - the "gifts with purchase" were my earliest memories of Clinique! Also a brand my mom loved, so I feel like it has almost passed through the generations too 🥰
Gee, some of these comments are so critical! It can’t be easy putting yourself out there on TH-cam sometimes…sigh. Your skin is lovely, I agree re disliking heavy foundation and also prefer a tint. Have you tried Lisa Eldridge’s skin tint? It’s become my holy grail, such a beautiful formula. But then I love everything she makes lol.😂 This black cherry look is really gorgeous! A lot more subtle than I’d expected, which is ideal for us older girls. 😊❤ I’m 53 and I love make up more than ever but have changed how I use it over the years. I’m tempted to try this too now, thank you. I loved the OG lipstick but haven’t tried any of the new versions. 🙌🏼x
Always enjoy your videos. Not sure what setting i need to change on my phone but i cannot get your videos to fill the screen i jut get a very small picture in the middle of my screen...🤷♀️
You intuitively shy away from dark shadows because your colouring and skin tone would be overwhelmed by dark shades. They would appear heavy on your fair tones. In my humble view. From Terri Jo in Hope, BC
You are probably right - I just hate wearing it. I tend to only use foundation for events/evenings out etc. I have rosacea, so my skin can be really finicky with makeup too 🥰
@@ChristaEvelyn nope, I disagree with Arianna! No one "needs" cosmetics. Your complexion is fabulous, I'm jealous! I can't be the only viewer appreciating how realistic & simple you kept this content 👑
Not really - but normally my videos cater to the over 40 crew; and they seem to prefer to find me when I say it/use it in titles etc. I am definitely proud of my age... it is a privilege not all get to enjoy 🥰
@zoilalulu3798 Wow, that’s a little harsh I think. It absolutely IS relevant and important to mention. When the beauty industry has catered to young, shiny, perfect youthful models since forever, it’s so refreshing to see a real person enjoying makeup - and beyond 40 it’s especially important. Once you start ageing, how you use makeup has to change a little. Any helpful videos like this are welcome in my book! Surely it’s about us looking and feeling our best? Also, may I add, it’s about women supporting other women? Goodness knows there’s enough criticism out there against us as it is without us being harsh to each other. ❤
It helps us find videos that we can relate to. A vague title isn’t helpful. Okay we get it, you’re nasty. Is that YOUR whole personality? Sheesh. A lovely sweet woman does a lovely video and that’s your reaction? There’s something wrong with you.
@janinepannell being a fan of a particular brand or product doesn’t automatically make you biased. If I was invited by a brand I already used and loved, I’d jump at the chance too! You can still make up your own mind about the products, the video is just for information and helpful. 🤷♀️ ❤

Beautiful colors on you!❤
You did a fabulous job on your makeup! Beautiful!
Thank you 😊 ❤️
Very pretty.
Love it and you applied it like a pro ! Id love to know what you used on your eyebrows. They look nice.
cheers. thanx for keeping it real and looking beautiful that way. i never knew black honey has different products, omg! i think i have a need.

Years ago they had a potted black honey eyeliner that was gorgeous, and then discontinued.
@@daynabee5521 I hate when they discontinue faves!!
Great job! Love that look. The colors look awesome with your skin tone. ❤
Thanks so much - I have always loved the lipstick shade, but wasn't sure I could pull off these colours (I typically stick to brown shades) 🧡
Lovely.
Beautiful!!!
Your makeup looks fab. You’re having us on about not being able to do your makeup. 😊. Great look on you. Xx

I was thinking about getting another bh lipstick and I need to look at the whole line!
Right? I was completely unaware that there was so much more to choose from. Praying that they don't discontinue these 🧡
Hello. Great job demonstrating these Clinique products. I prefer a tinted moisturizer as well, or a very light foundation.
Me too! Sometimes even my green moisturizers are enough 🥰
It looks so pretty!
Thank you!!

I am definitely adding Lisa Elridge to my list - haven't tried anything from the brand yet, so I am looking forward to testing it 💛💛💛
